Coffee was fine but this particular Starbucks will be out of something and replace it with something else without telling you until you pull up to the window to pay and expect you to pay for something you didn't want. Then tell you to go inside if you want to change it to something else. Much rather go to Hampton coffee.

I ordered a pink drink and a turkey and egg white sandwich. It was good. The drink was made well and the sandwich wasn’t overheated and lopsided.Parking: Plenty of space. You just have to watch as you back out because the drive through line is always long.Kid-friendliness: I went through the drive through but if I hadn’t I would have felt comfortable going inside with my daughter.
Obnoxious staff and can't follow simple requests. Don't heat up the croissant! It's easier for you! Just hand it over not heated! EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Riverhead Starbucks was amazing. The customer service was A+. The dining area was very clean. The food was good, the bathroom was clean, and the bathroom had soap and sanitizer, unlike most fast food places. Overall, I give Riverhead Starbucks a 10Vegetarian options: I'm a vegetarian. In multiple occasions they just don’t give me what I order at all. Today I went I bc for a frap and walked out with a hot coffee. If they don’t have a printed that they can read correctly then buy a new printer.
Came to the drive thru at 10 am this morning and the barista was amazing! Super friendly, offered items on the menu! Just fantastic. Sarah was fabulous!

Long drive through line 11 am on a Sunday, but ok even with a baby strapped in back, that's exactly what a drive through is good for. 20 minutes later, accepted the black coffee (almost $4) and felt something wrong, I couldn't feel the heat when putting into my cup holder. Stupidly drove away without a sip and was it was barely warm to the taste. ALWAYS SAMPLE THE PRODUCT BEFORE DRIVING AWAY.No matter how long the line you.

Went to Starbucks last week because I was given a gift card. Went through the drive through, where there is always a long line when I drive by,but it was moving quick, mostly because the person taking the orders had great energy on a disnal day. Every business needs an employee like Demaro, exemplary customer service.

I go to the Starbucks every morning on my way to work, I would say for the past two years. The staff is always friendly, no matter how overworked and busy they are, which is very often during the holidays especially with their drive-thru. The only downfall to this one is that their cold case is extremely limited but that is not their fault and also not why I go there every coffee drink I get is on point and consistently made.
