Second time I’ve ordered just a regular coffee and it was barely warm and tasted like it had been burned. Light roast coffee shouldn’t taste like dark roast coffee.Seems like the overall quality of the majority of Starbucks locations has drastically decreased recently.

Customer service is truely dead. Starbucks, which is renowned for their customer service, was a real let down at this location. I went into this location while my wife was shopping at target. I ordered a Bacon, cheddar and egg with a skinny vanilla latte. The young lady behind the counter looked in her refrigerator and came back and said "we don't have any". I looked at her looking for a response of what they did have. She just started back at me. I asked "do you have a sausage, egg and cheese? She went back to the refrigerator to check. She came back and simply said "yeah". I looked at her and said, "can u get that then?". She rang me up and I waited. There were five young ladies behind the counter and all were chatting. After 20 minutes, I went up to the counter and asked for the status of my sandwich. The girl who took my order rolled her eyes and proceeded to take the sandwich out the fridge and put in the oven. All this time she forgot to put it in the oven! When the sandwich was done, no apologies, just a "here you go". Worse service ever in a Starbucks

This Starbucks is amazing idk what y'all talking about the ppl are so nice here they are very polite and the Carmel crunch Frappuccino is great
The woman working was very slow, had zero sense of urgency. Also didn’t offer me a receipt. I ordered two macchiatos and it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever had from a Starbucks, it’s literally ALL milk. Almost tasted like she used a splash of regular coffee and not espresso. I paid $12 for two milks. Not impressed.

Very nice staff, clean space and spot on food / drink service. The only downside is I was told I couldn't redeem my Starbucks rewards at their location.... Strangely enough, I have been able to redeem them at other Target/ Starbucks locations. Still will order from here again if I am ever in the area.
