Horrible!!! I couldn't even eat this nasty food. I wanted to try the new items, so I ordered a footling pretzel and a double cheezy roll up. The pretzel wasn't the worse thing I ever had. Tasted like a stale pretzel, and they toss it in a bag so all the salt just comes off. Plus the cheese sauce just isn't that good, cold and watery. What was really so horrible was the cheezy roll. They put 2 slices of cheese and one small pinch of shredded cheese in one row. Then rolled the bread over. Soooo it basically just rolled bread. Plus it was covered in like flour or something. Nothing about it was edible, I tried to feed it to the seagulls and they didn't even want it. I'm offended by how disgusting it was. Like the audacity to think that's food

My 4-year-old spilled his soda before leaving Subway he was upset ask for a new one and they gave me a small cup they wouldn't give me the size I paid for horrible

The sandwich was made excellent. Requested to cut sandwich in 3 pieces. The cut was extremely uneven, as 1/2, 1/3, and 1/6 pieces. Similar uneven cut for both of our sandwiches.

No one speaks English. The employee had to point to everything behind the counter before he understood. When I got home and saw the sandwich it was nothing but bread and peppers. Never again.

Went to order three sandwiches using a coupon. They gave me such a hard time about it and then said it is not a valid coupon, the coupon expires in July, it’s June. Then she said you can’t order extra turkey using a coupon, but REFUSED to apply the coupon so why can’t I have extra turkey. Then I wanted an Italian sub which is listed as an option on their menu, she said that’s not an option and then gave me TURKEY. I’m so confused on who’s running this place but their employees obviously do not understand their job. They should gut the whole place out, if I could give this zero stars I would.
