Really getting tired of the kiosk way to place your order it's not helping anybody it's not making anybody happy and it's not saving anybody anything and it's creating a lot of aggravation why can't I just go up to the register and order food... the man in front of me walked out because he got frustrated... I was almost right behind him. There's a person who can help you so why can't they help you behind the register like it used to be and it would take a lot less time and you're not saving any employees anything and you're getting customers very aggravated. Sold my YUM stocks.

Disgusting service threw the food in bag ice cold didn't ask for drinks or sauces poor management he was ride with me I complained about cold food everything was cold looked like dog food ge told me he didn't see it on his computer and he couldn't help help me fix the order really horrible he should be fired place was dirty so was bathroom don't go there I got food poisoning in hospital

el cajero que tomó mi orden no la tomo de forma correcta aún cuando repetidas veces se le pidio que no agregara un condimento al cual soy alérgico, y en vez de cambiarlo le agrego más, 3 veces tuve que regresar para que al final mi orden nisiquiera estuviera correcta, pésima actitud del cajero.
