Amazing room, fantastic service. Any request is fulfilled. Amazing team with Alberto leading the way. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. If I visit Long Island again I will stay here just due to the customer service. I have stayed in hiltons, Marriotts, all of the above. I have never had a hotel as accommodating and respectful as this. Alberto is the guy.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here during our stay! The room was absolutely gorgeous and the bathtub was gigantic. No issues with bringing our dog along either, would recommend for sure!

The electric charging is not complimentary, the gym is a very small box, and the breakfast is very very medium. Better to stay across the street for half the price.

I’ve stayed in many hotels—146 nights so far this year—and this one stands out as one of the best! The friendly staff went above and beyond, even accommodating an early breakfast for my departure. The quality, location, and overall experience were exceptional. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

3.5/5 - the preston house is a cool concept, but it could use better noise insulation. You can hear every hallways convo or movement above or below you. Otherwise, comfy bed, good food at the hotel bar, and good service.

We enjoyed our stay at The Preston hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ready at check-in. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. However, between the street noise, close proximity to the ice machine and elevator the room was noisy. The room did have a sound machine to help drown out some of the noise. The continental breakfast was nice. We arrived late one evening and asked the front desk if they had bottles of water for the in room Nespresso machine, we were told they did not have bottles of water. If you need water, make sure to ask housekeeping. Overall, a nice stay.

Spend a nice weekend at the Preston for the first time, for a wedding nearby, I was quite impressed. We had a very clean large suite with a really nice bathroom. It appeared rather new as if it was built only recently. Very friendly staff. Convenient location in Riverhead across from the Aquarium close to plenty of coffee shops and bars. Just wish they had provided water bottles for the nice espresso machine in the room.

Joann handled our rehearsal dinner with such professionalism and attention to detail. Her service was phenomenal. She was kind and returned emails so quickly and thoroughly. The staff at the event kept checking in on me (MOG) to make sure all was to my liking and I had a drink in my hand. Top notch service from beginning to end. The wine cellar was perfect for cocktail hour and the restaurant upstairs was fun!
