Amazing room, fantastic service. Any request is fulfilled. Amazing team with Alberto leading the way. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. If I visit Long Island again I will stay here just due to the customer service. I have stayed in hiltons, Marriotts, all of the above. I have never had a hotel as accommodating and respectful as this. Alberto is the guy.
My girlfriend and I had a great time here during our stay! The room was absolutely gorgeous and the bathtub was gigantic.
No issues with bringing our dog along either, would recommend for sure!

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Long island was our first visit but the front staff, her name was Daniel, was so kind and informative, helping us to find the best places to visit! Happy new year!:)
