We enjoyed our stay at The Preston hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ready at check-in. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. However, between the street noise, close proximity to the ice machine and elevator the room was noisy. The room did have a sound machine to help drown out some of the noise. Spend a nice weekend at the Preston for the first time, for a wedding nearby, I was quite impressed. We had a very clean large suite with a really nice bathroom. It appeared rather new as if it was built only recently. Very friendly staff. Convenient location in Riverhead across from the Aquarium close to plenty of coffee shops and bars.
Just wish they had provided water bottles for the nice espresso machine in the room.

Absolutely lovely facility, stayed there for a night of a wedding. Beautiful room and suite. Clean. AMAZING staff! Special shoutout to Danielle for helping us navigate the day while I was in a wedding party, highly recommend!!
