Went into your Keene, New Hampshire location this morning at 10 AM to be greeted with no employees. The “front . We waited for several minutes, even announcing ourselves and nobody came out. We will not be back. Perhaps teach your employees that their phones aren’t the most important thing in the world?

I REALLY liked Tropical Smoothie Cafe but they discontinued the plant-based chicken! Another non-meat option bites the dust 😭

Always a pleasure coming here. I work a few times away but make an appointment to leave early so I can grab a smoothie before work. The employees are always also nice Christina I believe is one of the girls names and she is always so helpful and accommodating. The smoothies are always delicious and you can tell the ingredients are fresh

I visited the location on glade this evening and I had the best service I have had in such a long time. Courtney was such a pleasure to talk to and she recommended the best smoothie I have ever had the acaiberry with the protein. it was delish!!! I will definitely be back! Her energy was contagious!!! 5 stars

Love the Pomegranate Smoothie!

I do not recommend this place in West Sample Road, Coral Springs , Florida. It’s twice in 2 months . We have received watered down smoothies with no flavors and when adding additional supplements such as multi vitamin, probiotic, chia seeds, there was absolutely nothing mixed in. We left a review on grub hub and other places and only received $5 back. It was a $50 order. Smoothies had no taste and was watered down . You can not even taste the supplements and there was absolutely no chia seeds when requested .

showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Do not go to the Patchogue location if you can help it. I had an issue where I needed a refund. The shift manager could not issue a refund and said the manager would call me. Well, it’s been 4 days and no call. I have called there 3 times so far and each time the workers take my name & number and say she will call and I don’t hear back. Also, they won’t answer the phone if the shift manager is on break because the rest of the staff that work there only speak Spanish and can’t take an order.

I do security at the mall on Roosevelt and Canal or you guys just had a grand opening Saturday and I must say the smoothie the detox smoothie was delicious and I would recommend anyone everyone to come on down to tropical smoothie Roosevelt and Canal strip mall the best smoothies ever🤞🏼🦾💯CHICAGO IL

I loooovveee it. Here my favorite smoothy 😍 Logan gave me a new recommendation that I LOOOOVE. And I swear to god he made the best smoothy I’ve ever had from here. Like omg.
