showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Do not go to the Patchogue location if you can help it. I had an issue where I needed a refund. The shift manager could not issue a refund and said the manager would call me. Well, it’s been 4 days and no call. I have called there 3 times so far and each time the workers take my name & number and say she will call and I don’t hear back. Also, they won’t answer the phone if the shift manager is on break because the rest of the staff that work there only speak Spanish and can’t take an order.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Decatur, Alabama. We placed an order through the app on August 10th they did not have ingredients to make half the order. When we arrived to pick up the order, they explained they have not started the order because they were missing items. My husband told them to cancel the order. They gave us a receipt showing they voided everything off the order. The next day, the money came out of our bank account. I have been in the store SEVERAL times to get them to fix this issue with no resolution in sight. If you go, DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER.

This Tropical Smoothie is great! The sandwiches were delicious and the Watermelon Mojito smoothie is so refreshing and tasty. We also tried the detox green smoothie which was surprisingly great! Gary the GM was awesome and friendly. He made our visit a true tropical experience. We will definately be back !!

I forgot they added sugar to drinks so i ask if they made it already lady said yes. So i try it see if its to sweet it is so i ask can they remake it she said i need to buy another one. Since when? Where is the customer service i never complain i work in the service industry i understand but that makes customers not want to come back.

I had a bad experience at the one in Clarksville on Wilma Rudolph. My promise time for my wrap was 1:16 and I waited till 1:46 before I got my food. The manager was dismissive of the fact I wasted half my lunch in line even though I had ordered ahead. The manager didn’t offer any kind of credit either. I will not be back to that location. Poor customer service and poor management.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience today was exceptional thanks to Jennifer. From the second I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcome—not just with a smile, but with this rare mix of professionalism and warmth that’s hard to come by.

I was totally indecisive (I ordered three different drinks!), and she handled it like a pro—so fast, so patient, and so knowledgeable. She helped me pick with confidence and made sure I felt good about my choices. Then, just when I was about to pay, she kindly reminded me to use my rewards points—something NO ONE ever remembers to mention. That little gesture alone showed how much she cares about the customer experience.

Jennifer is the kind of employee that makes a business stand out. She’s efficient, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. If I were her manager, I’d be giving her a raise yesterday. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it absolutely shows.

Corporate: take note. She’s the real deal.

I’m really disappointed because I placed a single flatbread mobile order and they were empty but I waited almost 25 minutes for my order. When I finally got it the order was wrong. I just went back and I wanted a refund. The younger girl on the food line was the one at fault. But all of the girls were chatting instead of making stuff. I was upset because I was starving and wanted a good flatbread but upon this experience I won’t be returning, since they do not prioritize the guests in front of them.
