Not sure why but everyone at the window at the drive thru was acting like I'm the person who told them to work there...and I ruined their day or something....the attitude I recieved was sick. But yeah...food was as expected ..sub par because it's wendys...but yeah definitely didn't need attitude when I'm already annoyed I was eating Wendy's to begin with lol. At least they got the order right tho so...3 stars? Better off going to the one in moriches. They are at least NICE

The Abyss
This place is amazing. I ordered a Dave’s double and while the manager took my order, she was “playfully” aggressive with the workers saying she is not afraid to hit them in front of the customers. Once my food was ready I told her “thank you” and her reaction was like “no problem have a nice day” in a grumpy face. She hasn’t smiled to the other customers one bit. I also think she talked behind my back. The food was really good though. The innocent workers deserve a raise. Best Wendy’s experience I had in my life

Went to Wendy's last week, and today, Wednesday, Jan 31st, 2024, and went through the drive-through, okService when ordering PERFECT!!!Interaction at window EXCELLENT!!Food AMAZING!!!Two times in less than a week, and I'm sooooo happy with the service and food.I will continue to frequent this Wendy's in Riverhead. Whoever the manager is there and the staff are doing a GREAT JOB. Thank you soooooo much, I'm happy and pleased with everything.Parking Lot spotless, Attitudes Gracious and Happy.Go to Wendy's for fresh, perfect food. Bought the $6.00 biggie bag.

Horrible service. Somebody please fire the old heavy smoker lady at the register. Absolutely rude and childish. How are you 50 years old arguing to other customers about me (17 years old) about barbecue sauce?? Let’s be for real right now?? I asked for sweet and sour and Barbecue sauce for my biggie bag orders and she was trying to charge me extra 10 cents which I wouldn’t mind of course but I tried to be HELPFUL and teach her how to do HER JOB and POLITELY said “hey is it possible to put 1 sweet and source on two out of the four biggie’s and 1 barbecue on the other two out of the four biggie bags” and she stayed silent and continued to do so :) after I was done ordering she started LOUDLY complaining to the customers after me saying I was “cussing” her out bc of barbecue sauce and even mentioned wanting to hit me?? That is absolute childish behavior. I am a MINOR 17 years old and was super mature about it. Why is a 50 something year old acting more childish than an actual child?? Somebody please fire her and put her in a retirement home. Thank you.

I shop there all the time and everything is fine. But the last time bad service, I bought kids meal and it didn't come with a toy or potatoes. I asked for a large menu, they gave me no potatoes. The only potatoes they gave had hair embedded in them. I ordered a taco salad and the lettuce came out bad knowing how long they have had them there it tasted really bad. The service was terrible. I think they were new or they are all very young and don't care about customer service.

It is clean and the service is good. The cashiers are always pleasant and nice. The food there is good. But every time I order drinks with no ice but it is always watered down. Dave's single is my all time favorite.
