This Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute disgrace!! Waited on a drive thru line for over an hour!! Employees ignored me at the window and wouldn’t even acknowledge me! Once someone came to the drive thru window my entire order was wrong and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be fixed. This establishment doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

VERY slow service. I ordered a caramel latte with two pumps of caramel. I received a pumpkin spice latte with vanilla and cinnamon. They clearly mixed up my order with someone else’s. I drive back to have it corrected and she has an attitude about it. I take a sip and at first I can taste the caramel but on the bottom is all cinnamon. She didn’t even change the cup. Luckily I’m not my cousin who is HIGHLY allergic to cinnamon and would have been in the ER due to their mistake and laziness. Unbelievable. The whole process took 40 minutes!! They are known for being slow. I like how nice they are to my dog but they usually mess stuff up. This was the final straw. I will not return and I live 10 minutes away. This is by far the worst Duncan in the area.

Coffee tastes watery not like normal Dunkin. Placed order online and they didn’t have order ready and couldn’t give me the Bagel bites the machine wasn’t heated up yet.
This is hands down the slowest DD I've ever been to. We were there for 20 minutes for two iced drinks and some donuts, and it was 10 minutes before anyone even went near the drink station.

Absolutely disgusting service. Manager has a holier than now attitude. Beyond slow service. Not worth the aggravation. Find somewhere else to go.
0/10 would NOT recommend. I ordered ahead for pick up. Order was placed at 8:24am. I got there at 8:38am the order was not ready. It was busy so I waited to speak with the cashier, he said he didn’t see my order- I had to wait another 10 minutes then he had another employee look at the order on my phone. After that I had to wait again for him to pack the order-it was just donuts. I left there at 9am. The only reason why I even waited for the order was because it was for my daughter’s teachers. This is my 2nd bad experience at the DD. never coming back!

I am so annoyed I payed money and got a frozen chocolate and I also got an iced coffee,my frozen chocolate tasted like water, and the coffee they didn't put what I asked for.its ridiculous you pay money and you do t get what you asked for,then I was paying with my card,and the guy had already given my drinks,sticks hus head out of the window staring at me,and I saud I'm just waiting for my card,and he said I know it's nit like I'm going to steal it,it was just money wasted for me,and the drinks were horrible
