So slow. It takes forever to get an order made. They gave me attitude when I asked after 15 minutes where my coffee was. It’ll be quicker if you drive to Monticello.

My family and I have been eating here for the past 15 years. Very clean and well maintained. Delicious coffee and donuts.
This is a very small Dunkin in a small town. The bathroom was available only to customers. The place looked dirty and poorly lit. They have typical Dunkin Donuts food.

The young lady at the register was the only nice thing about this place. Manager refused to correct an error and give a refund for a mistake they made. No toilet paper in the building according to manager. And she sent employee to tell us she wouldn't correct their mistake . Awful management, feel sorry for their employees and customers. Food was either cold or burnt

Slowest Dunkin on the surface of the entire planet of Earth. They WILL make you late. if you have 10-15 minutes before you have to be at at work you'll be at MINIMUM 5 minutes late. And that's with only 2-3 cars ahead of you. Prepare to wait, but you MAY actually die of old age.

The person in front of me ordered black tea and a sandwich. After paying they told him they had no black tea. They conveyed this by saying “yea man, no tea today that sucks” and then walked away leaving him perplexed and with no answer as to how to get his money back. Next up was me. I ordered a sandwich. It was made but before I left I checked to make sure I got what I ordered… NOPE. So I tell them they take it and I watch as they take the sausage off and throw it back in the bin of sausage they’ll use for the next sandwich and throw some bacon on mine. Now my sandwich still would have a sausage taste which I hate. I ask for a refund and that’s a problem so they make me 2 sandwich’s to my order to make up for it under my watchful eyes.
