Horrible customer service. I stood there for five minutes before an employee said. “What you want?” I was the only one inside at the time. There was some alarm that kept going off that the staff ignored. Employee acted as if I inconvenienced him by ordering. I ordered a simple iced coffee and when he gave it to, by holding the lid, it wasn’t even full. Absolutely awful.

Always horrible drive thru service and wait times food is solid however often miss parts of orders of drinks requiring certain ingredients severely understaffed would go otherwise if not for convenience of location

So slow. It takes forever to get an order made. They gave me attitude when I asked after 15 minutes where my coffee was. It’ll be quicker if you drive to Monticello.

Expect to wait 30 minutes for a simple order. These are the slowest workers ever. On top of it, I have not gotten an order the way I’ve asked for it yet.
My family and I have been eating here for the past 15 years. Very clean and well maintained. Delicious coffee and donuts.

This is a very small Dunkin in a small town. The bathroom was available only to customers. The place looked dirty and poorly lit. They have typical Dunkin Donuts food.

The young lady at the register was the only nice thing about this place. Manager refused to correct an error and give a refund for a mistake they made. No toilet paper in the building according to manager. And she sent employee to tell us she wouldn't correct their mistake . Awful management, feel sorry for their employees and customers. Food was either cold or burnt

Slowest Dunkin on the surface of the entire planet of Earth. They WILL make you late. if you have 10-15 minutes before you have to be at at work you'll be at MINIMUM 5 minutes late. And that's with only 2-3 cars ahead of you. Prepare to wait, but you MAY actually die of old age.
