Joe Taylor just catered my niece's wedding this weekend. It was an outside bbq event..... unfortunately in the pouring rain! The team that came were not only knowledgeable about the catering they figured out the logistics of a BBQ in the rain! Food was great and all had a great time!Thanks so much!

The portion sizes were very generous, & everything—from the Chicken Francese & Teriyaki Salmon to the Jambalaya—was absolutely fantastic. My 88-year-old grandpa said the Veal Parmesan was the best he's ever had in his life.
