Been coming to this place my whole life. Food, service, quality, & atmosphere are all a 10/10. Anyone who gives them less than 4 stars must’ve had a bad day overall.

Their bagels are small but tasty (I always get cinnamon raisin or egg bagels). Also their apple turnovers are delicious and I like their coffee. BLTs and BEC are great too. I have tried a lot from them and have always had great experiences.

I ordered 4 sandwiches from here over the phone. They did not understand the order and messed up 1 bagel and 1 sausage egg and cheese. When called they said the next order would be on them. Fantastic customer service right? Wrong. When I went in to redeem this, they argued and only comped 1 sandwich. When confronted, the lady at the counter proceeded to speak about me in Spanish. Yo comprendo mucho, graciás.

The place is a disorganized mess. Staff has little to no communication with each other and get confused so frequently that most customers end up waiting 20-25 minutes for their bagels. I’ve been here at least 3 times because I believe in giving places more than one chance, but everytime I’m here it’s the same issues.

Excellent quality. I got an everything bagel with scallion and lox. Highly enjoyable. Bagel had lots of “everything”, bagel was well cooked, lots of flavor. Cream cheese tasted fresh, lox tasted fresh. Melt in your mouth. It was even just prior to closing and it was all still fresh. Great coffee too.

Horrible. Bagels tasted moldy, the nova was not sliced correctly but more like shreds n the cream cheese tasted sour. Sorely disappointed for a lot of money. Used to b good.

I go to this bagel store very often..... It was very good until they got new owners. i walked in today ordered 3 hot sandwiches. This took about 15-20 minutes to put eggs bacon and cheese on a roll. Mind you it was not even busy when i went in. When i got my food i asked for my drinks i got a large iced coffee with oat milk... i looked in my drink and it seemed off i got into the car and looked at it and this milk looked expired. i went back in and they did not want to give me my money back....They tried to give me a new coffee instead of just giving my my money back. i had to wait 10 minutes for them to give me 3 dollars.Never coming back here!!!!
I had a toasted caraway flagel with low-fat scallion cream cheese and it was so good! The staff was friendly too. Definitely going back to try more flagels :)

I got a cheese danish snapple and bagel w cream cheese and lox I open the bag and they only gave creamcheese and forgot about the lox which I payed for. Not recommended

Pros: friendly, quick service. Wide variety of drinks, spreads, and bagels. Lots of spread on the bagel I got.Cons: the bagel was small and tasted like plain bread. Will not return.

Bagels are average at best, usually a long wait. They are very busy, so at least one thing is guaranteed the bagels are fresh.

Honestly, I thought I can save money by going into the store. Imagine my shock to the price of two bacon egg and cheese on a roll is $17.47. Which are on DoorDash for $7 each. Highly don't recommend going to this store but door dashing it because they be punching in any total price and it's not fair. The sandwich's are good.
