The Shrimp Toast Is Completely Different Than How Philly Makes It. I Wasn't Too Impressed. Overall My Fish & Chips Were Fresh & Hot 😍 Bang Bang Shrimp W Bed Of Lettuce Was Ona Money! My Drink Was Definitely Hitting! Kid Friendly 🫶🏽They Had Crayons & Coloring Book For My Baby! Great Prices. Clean Atmosphere & Great Customer Service. I Recommend & Will Visit Again 💋

We've dined at Bonefish Grill in VA and FL multiple times and loved the experience every time, so we finally had the opportunity to try the one in Rockville Centre. First, finding parking is a nightmare! Second, while they were very accommodating in seating our party of ten, (We did reserve ahead!) the restaurant and bar were busy, and it was clear that they did not have enough waitstaff, as service was slow. Several of us remarked afterwards that their fish dishes were overdone. Cocktails and desserts were great, but took some time getting to the table. The men who visited the men's room commented that there weren't any hand towels. I went to the ladies room and found wet spots all over the floor, and neither toilet paper nor hand towels available. I looked for someone at the welcome desk, or any one wandering by actually. I wanted to ensure that someone would perform some maintenance on the bathrooms, but no one was around to notify. I'm afraid that this Bonefish Grill did not stand up favorably to its sister establishments, and we probably will not be going back.

Last night, my partner and I went out to dine at Bonefish Grill in Rockville Centre, and Johnny, the manager, took care of us. He was incredibly kind and made our experience truly pleasant. It was a wonderful and positive interaction. Every time we go there, we’re treated with so much warmth and care, and we feel right at home. Thank you!

Very nice place aesthetically. Accommodated a large party on New Years Eve. Considering the crowd service was good. Down side is still primarily a fish place. They've expanded their offerings but the steak was just OK. I wasn't expecting Peter Lugar's but I feel this was same quality you'd get at any chain restaurant

We came during Monday Martini Happy Hour and Donell was exceptional. Although it was busy he made sure to provide us with great service. Looking forward to coming back, especially if he is our server.
Complete waist of time and money, extremely small portions, under cooked seafood and the lobster tail was stiff, hard and overcooked with a nasty rank taste with no flavor at all! On the other hand the appetizers were tasty, only if I knew this i would've saved my money and ordered a bunch of appetizers instead.

They need a time limit, or better service with the host desk. I waited for them to clean a seat at the bar for 45 minutes. Someone walks in and sits down. I let them know I’ve been waiting and the host tells me it’s first come first serve. I say exactly, I’ve been waiting. And he says maybe next time hover. Why would I hover over someone eating? I then watched a couple order one drink and sit at the bar for an hour. Mondays are the worse. I ended up ordering my food to go. There wasn’t any apology or anything.

Three Strikes and You’re Out: A Disappointing Decline
I really wanted to love this place. The exterior looks amazing, and having visited the Bonefish Grill in Syosset (which is consistent and upscale), I had high hopes. But after three takeout attempts, I’m calling the game.
Here is the play-by-play:
Strike One (The Warm-up): Our first order was right on point. The food was delicious, the order was accurate, and the timing was perfect. It gave us false hope.
Strike Two (The Fumble): The second time was a nosedive. The wait was horrendous, the flavors were inconsistent, and there were mistakes in the order that the staff made no effort to fix or replace.
Strike Three (The Out): The third and final visit was the nail in the coffin. It was a repeat of the second visit but worse. They forgot parts of our order, the staff seemed completely apathetic, and the food was lackluster at best.
In a town like Rockville Centre, where you can throw a rock in any direction and hit a fantastic restaurant, you cannot afford to be this lazy. The RVC dining scene is competitive, and Bonefish needs to step up its game to survive here. Until they do, I won’t be back.
