Celebrated son's Birthday...was looking for a special experience. French Onion Soup, Clams Casino, Filet Mignon, and Stuffed Pork Chop plus two scrumptious unique deserts hit the mark. I recommend Chadwick's if you are looking for what was only available in Manhattan. Delicious food, and professional staff who knows how to make the customer feel appreciated.

For the price of the food it very lack luster... very hard deep fried duck with a jarred orange marmalade that was globbed on top of the duck over powering everything and making the chewy instead of crispy, basic sweet potatoe mash and a vegg medley that taste like it was bleached in just water... Brussels spouts burnt bad taste in mouth... on the other hand the rack of lamb was beautifully cooked but sauce was not nappe to loose... in a nut shell I think there should be better quality control coming out of your kitchen... would've brought it back but it was 9pm and I was starving... peeled hard crispy skin and meat back to tender meat and ate that with the mash everything else garbage it went... for the PRICE OF THE FOOD I should have been afforded a better experience

Everything about this place was great! Service was exceptional- our server Abby was attentive and personable. We tried most if not all of the appetizers and each one of them was delicious, but I think the calamari was my favorite. I had the marinated skirt steak for my entree and enjoyed that as well. We finished off with the chocolate cake which was your average chocolate cake. Not too sweet. The cocktails were all delicious too!

Ok, it would have been a 5 star..... I came here on a Thursday night with friends.. party of 7. Made reservation, was told there was live music. Asked if we can be seated away from it but was actually put very close...was our first time there and the food was great as we had the three course meal special (long island restaurant week) what a bargin!! Portions were great, and the food was delicious. However, there were appetizers that did not make it to the table... we didn't say anything because it was a big deal but was disappointed.... not sure if we would return, although it was good...

Visited Chadwicks for Valentines Day dinner. Not impressed. Ate there one other time and it was very good, so I thought it would be a special place for a special day with my special guy. As expected, a limited menu. VERY limited. I didnt really see anything that was not on their regular menu, just less choices. And so overpriced! Husband had the Mahi Mahi, hated the crust and the rice was just bad. I had the filet migon and it was actually a bit chewy! The Valentine special dessert was cute but the 'edible' bowl and cookie were awful. Should have done a special chocolate raspberry cake or something more upscale like a special cheesecake. Nothing was very hot, and it certainly did not seem especially busy, considering the way they did the seatings by reservation only. Staff is amazing, accommodating and very friendly. Go back?? Probably not.
A perfect local RVC spot for a dinner out as a couple, a family, or a group. As 2 couples we had a very attentive waiter who got everything right and was always visible. Martinis were perfectly made and my wife's dirty martini was notable NOT overpowered by a heavy hand of olive juice. They offer very few specials, but, to be honest, the menu offers enough delicious plates. Calamari appetizer was good and came with a slightly spicy red and a garlicky white dipping sauce. The thick-cut bacon was perfectly cooked and the maple-bourbon glaze was tasty but a little too much on the plate in my opinion. As entrees the short ribs were tender and rich. We couldn't stop raving about the stuffed pork chop. Boneless, it's stuffed with prosciutto and gooey fontina and richly covered in a mushroom Madeira sauce. We indulged on a double chocolate cake dessert which was not overly dense or rich and the caramelized apple tostada was was a flaky crust topped with an an apple pie filling I could swim in. Because of its proximity to the center of RVC and the LIRR, Chadwick's should be everyone's stop for a pleasant dinner out.

I took my family for my husband's 70th birthday. Delicious food, staff is very accommodating, and polite! Will go back again.Kid-friendliness: Brought my four grandchildren ages 6, 2.5, 8 months, and 3 months. Gave us a great table in the corner that was not only private but with a corner to feed baby and put our carriage in. Thank you, Chadwicks, for making our party fabulous and stressless!!

Delicious food with several different options to choose between. It was also Long Island Restaurant week so we truly had many choices. We each enjoyed our appetizers as well as our entrees and desserts. We have gone for many years and still enjoy going for dinner.
