The most you’ll get out of this Dunkin is the sight of the door and the low tier quality Dunkin. Besides coming around store hours we ran into a locked door. The worker still ended up taking our order with only 25 percent of the window on the side opened. Though he wasn’t clear on two bagels he did eventually start working on them. Plain bagel- cream cheese - toasted. Three instructions and all equally subpar. I wouldn’t recommend it

I would love to give a big 0 stars at the RVC location because how in the world do you close the store at 6pm and it says you're closed at 9pm on a Sunday. I only wanted to go for some coffee but I end up going to another location. Management needs to adjust the store hours so people won't go crazy for donuts and coffee!!!

We ran out of coffee at home so in a moment of desperation at 7am I ran down to Dunkin for coffee and breakfast for the family. I don’t usually get trash junk food like this, and now I’m reminded why.
Not only is the food the lowest rung for quality, it’s overpriced. $4 for a large coffee that is watered down bath water I wouldn’t serve my worst enemy, the sandwiches are worse than I would expect from the trashiest roadside shack. Flacid oily flavorless bacon, eggs cooked in a form from a weird machine, and the worst bagel I’ve ever seen, and all for a price that cannot be justified by anyone sane.
Do better. Dunkin’ is absolute garbage. Even my kids are complaining how anyone could make a bacon egg and cheese bagel taste this terrible.

Horrible watered down decaf. I wanted hot coffee and it was lukewarm warm. I also told him from the begging I wanted a hot decaf with skim and French vanilla shot. He stops me and ask how do you want it. $3 rip off.

Person working behind the counter was very polite and respectful.
I frequent this location for coffee and occasionally other items. The staff know my face and how I like my coffee so once they see me they start my coffee shop. The manager is amazing. He's very pleasant, professional and is a very nice young man with superb customer service.
Dunkin' is a great place for coffee on the go and donuts. Close to the train. What more would you expect.

I go here sometimes because I work in area. I was a bit early today (4/9/24), so I decided to pick up breakfast. A worker (guy) behind the counter, kept spitting in garbage, then wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. Also, touching the bags with food that was ordered on line. Nasty! Won't be returning unless they do better.

The guy at the register does not understand English and decides to argue with me in front of all the customers and I asked for the corporate phone number and would not give it to me. Today Easter Sunday at 7:50 am I willl never come back here again.
