I go here sometimes because I work in area. I was a bit early today (4/9/24), so I decided to pick up breakfast. A worker (guy) behind the counter, kept spitting in garbage, then wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. Also, touching the bags with food that was ordered on line. Nasty! Won't be returning unless they do better.

The guy at the register does not understand English and decides to argue with me in front of all the customers and I asked for the corporate phone number and would not give it to me. Today Easter Sunday at 7:50 am I willl never come back here again.

The young black girl who works there has a serious attitude problem.. she definitely doesn’t want to be there! It’s been multiple times I been there and she’s always like this.

Came to the location to place a drink order. Noticed sign in door said store closed at 5 but the walk up window is available. There was a group of 3 young ladies in front of me. The young man took their order and closed the window in my face . I waited for about 5 mins for him to come to the window and walk away laughing with his coworker. I don’t see what could have been funny but that definitely made me uncomfortable and leave without service. I come during the week often and never experienced anything like this. Management should look into the weekend staff as they goof off instead of working

The coffee was good but they don't let customers use the bathroom how do u serve drinks & food & not have a bathroom for your customers I thought all restaurants were supposed to have a bathrooms I live 20 minutes from there & had to hold it until I got home. I probably wouldn't go back there again plus where the sugar, straws & napkins are it was really dirty . I don't usually give bad reviews but this time I had to.

Yep. Closed for reno w absolutely no warning. You have lost my business forever. No indoor seating. No outdoor seating. No bathroom. Everyone who works here look miserable and like they want to kill you. Hope you stay closed forever. My family will never be back.

While I used to think this was a better Dunkin’ my opinion has drastically changed. Every time I order through the app and I order food and drink it is only ever my drink that’s ready my food is never ready. Never ready meaning they don’t make it unless you ask for it. They completely ignore the ticket that comes through. This has happened to me the past 5 times I’ve gone there. I won’t be ordering anything here but the occasional coffee anymore.

UNPLEASENTLY SURPRISED,How difficult can it be to take care of customers in a franchise like DD???Well apparently, FOR THIS LICATION, is very, very difficult...Here is why:Saturday 12:00noon, the train is due in 7 minutes.There are three clients, me the 2nd and 7 attendants behind the counter.The ONLY ONE, miss attending send the man before me to the ATM, l step on to place my order, she goes:- sorry l can't take your order before him. (?)- (me), I just need an iced tea.- yes but l have to charge him first...I waited for the man to come back and he orders half of the store, and nobody (out of the other 6), can take care of me and the new three people in the store...The owner should instruct this team on how to resolve overwelming groups of people, even when we the clients were 1 less than the attendants...
