Nice location. Very clean inside with seating available. Lots of doughnuts remaining for a mid afternoon visit. Outdoor seating available as well. Staff was very competent and patient and friendly. I liked it.

I went here and felt like I was in another world. The staff was awesome and welcoming, super nice and very clean. Honestly most Dunkins I go to, they use their bare hands or don't wash them or even use gloves to take out garbage then make food. Not here, the person making the food washed his hands and arms (super sanitary like a surgeon), dried with clean paper towel and only used the gloves to make the food. I applaud these guys and honestly feel they need a raise for this level of commitment! Thank you guys!
As we pulled in at 9:00 pm, Tanya was closing up the store. She stayed open 2 minutes past to serve us a coffee before we were headed for a long drive. She definitely didn’t need to stay a minute over closing time but went out of her way to do so. Definitely need more people like her, she is amazing!!

Obviously franchise owned. I ordered a small coffee ☕️ and a toasted bagel with butter. When I went to pay they over charged me by $1.65 then what I normally at any other Dunkin location. I asked the young lady who attended me why was I over charged? A man jumps in to say it depends on the neighborhood location and they are franchise owners and can make up their own prices. I said oh that's so nice of you to explain. I live in a much wealthier location and our Dunkin is cleaner with better service and lower prices. So, you are basically robbing all of your local customers every single day for sure. ?Meanwhile, my bagel was not fresh at all. It was hard and old for sure. The place was not clean at all. I think the only reason he sent someone to clean up was when I told him his place of business was dirty.

They’ve messed up my order for Uber eats 5 times when I place it for when I’m at work, and it’s usually missing items, so frustrating im never ordering from this location again

Sometimes when kids come In the workers up front give them a couple munchkins! How sweet! They have great ice coffee, great delicious donuts, and is a great place to go if if you need a break from stressing work or schoolwork!!

Poor customer service when there are issues. There is a defect with their small coffee cups and lids. Coffee spills out. This has been occurring since August regardless of the style of the small cup. It has stained my car’s coffee holder and as well clothes. The last time, i picked up my coffee from the mobile section and I purposely held the coffee the counter to show the spills and requested, again, a medium cup so it does leak. I contacted Dunkin who referred it to the Manager, Faiz, and it only made the situation worse. No apology. Profusely staying their good customer service. And offered to pay for my dry cleaning if it happens again. In addition to this, sandwiches are burnt and there is a drenched oilTaste when buying hash browns. There is no drive thru and they leave the side door locked so many times you have to walk the whole parking lot. There are potholes so you have to walk through puddles and tussle with the cars driving in. Some times the wait was so long I’d leave and come back. At times, nice associates but overall poor customer experience and the manager doesn’t want to admit to issues. Too many Dunkin’ Donuts have high prices and poor services. I will no longer patronize this location or any other location.
