Literally writing this review from their parking lot because that’s how upset I am. I ordered my coffee the way I get it every day, it was wrong today. I went back in & asked if they can add a bit more sugar because it was off today. “Sigh” apparently is her name & shes “new” literally rolled her eyes at me and gave a nasty attitude. I called her out because you do not treat people like that when you didn’t listen to how I asked for my coffee. Employees fault yet get nasty with the customer? Learn to make coffee & learn how to treat paying customers. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Young man running the counter was wonderful. He had excellent customer service skills. Very personable. It was about 7:30 pm when I was there and the donut was a little stale and I have had better Matcha lattes from Dunkin. The chairs were worn and needed an upgrade.

Nice location. Very clean inside with seating available. Lots of doughnuts remaining for a mid afternoon visit. Outdoor seating available as well. Staff was very competent and patient and friendly. I liked it.
Dunkin taste the worst they can’t even get what I order right for example I ordered a large coffee and they gave me a medium

I went here and felt like I was in another world. The staff was awesome and welcoming, super nice and very clean. Honestly most Dunkins I go to, they use their bare hands or don't wash them or even use gloves to take out garbage then make food. Not here, the person making the food washed his hands and arms (super sanitary like a surgeon), dried with clean paper towel and only used the gloves to make the food. I applaud these guys and honestly feel they need a raise for this level of commitment! Thank you guys!
As we pulled in at 9:00 pm, Tanya was closing up the store. She stayed open 2 minutes past to serve us a coffee before we were headed for a long drive. She definitely didn’t need to stay a minute over closing time but went out of her way to do so. Definitely need more people like her, she is amazing!!
