I have been in in many Argentinian parrilla places this is a hidden gem !!! Super home style original Argentinian flavor fresh home made delicious !! Hidden gem in Long Island I felt like I was in Buenos Aires . It’s Argentina in Long Island . Music 🎵 on pout
Manuel was such an attentive waiter and completely elevated our expectations on our first visit. Food was spectacular and the fresh homemade dessert really closed the deal. They have 3 locations - give them a try!
Total Hidden Gem of Steak Houses!!! Manuel and the staff were very attentive and nice. AND THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! We went with the T Bone med Rare( Ask for it sliced!) Avacado Salad And Potatoes! Phenomenal!! Going back for the Tomahawk!!!
The food is not good at all, the waiter was very sarcastic talking about the food that’s how it comes lol my son got nuggets 11.99 they taste like mc Donald’s nuggets , he didn’t even ate them at all. I try a bit but was terrible.the meat was a lot of fat too and a little too burn
First time and last time I go there..
Great experience great service !!! The drink was amazing! The food fantastic!!! We love Carolina!!!!
Pros- service is great, waiters are polite. Steak is excellent.
Cons- Other than Gratuities included in the bill, when they take out the hand held Machine. It says how much you want to tip. I feel like it’s deceiving because on your way to sign on the device when you see tip percentages, it’s on top of what’s included and no one says anything. In reality you are giving more tip on top of your original tip.
I’ve been here once before and had a great experience during a weeknight happy hour. However, the last time I visited this past Saturday evening the service gave me second hand embarrassment. It was the bartender Carolina who made this experience trash. Everyone one else was nice and accommodating as they could be. Carolina took our order with an attitude, pushed an upsell on us which we were fine with, although it wasn’t what we wanted only to ignore us and never check on us for the rest of the evening- despite the fact we were sitting right in front of her in the middle of the bar. i politely asked to change one of the tvs to the Mets game she claimed she had to ask the boss and walked away. 30 min later when another table asked to change the tv it was done instantly. Also requested to hear some latin music, considering the setting, and she passive aggressively changed that as well 10 mins later with an eye roll after telling me she can’t play reggaeton (which i didn’t ask for but i guess she was assuming). these were the ONLY interactions we had with her, otherwise she actively avoided us. at the end of the night, she put a 20% auto gratuity for 3 people at the bar. not sure if that’s customary here but the 3 of us work in the service industry and have never seen that. I’d only come back on the days she’s not here. I originally was going to make a video to post across my social media accounts but i rather not recommend this location if this is how patrons are treated.
My first time at this restaurant, good vibes, excellent service and good delicious food, fabulous!
Charming restaurant in the heart of Rockville Centre with authentic Argentian cuisine. Everything off the grill is fantastic, and I recommend getting at least one empanada.
Carolina our server was very gracious and patient. Service was exceptional i will visit again. Food and sangria was a-mazing, the ribeye steak is a must have. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you Carolina

Really good steak!!
The batatas provenal is a must try. So well seasoned and flavorful. Ham and cheese baked empanada 🤤 was the best of the three I had. You can taste the freshness.
Feeling bold about your next dining choice? Look no further than this rare gem, El Gauchito 3, an Argentinian steakhouse in heart of the South Shore of Long Island. Having dined at El Gauchito 2 in Queens, I expected the same quality and service at their newest branch. It didn't disappoint. The ambiance imparts a casual dining experience with its modest storefront and interior space. Noise from piped-in music and 2 large parties celebrating birthdays was medium level, not to the point that it's hard to carry on a conversation. Let's get to the reasons one should try this restaurant - food and drinks.
We were greeted with complimentary warm bread and provolone slices stuffed with ham. That they were delicious made it more of a welcome surprise. We started off with an amazing cocktail called Peach Fire. For appetizers, we picked mussels in garlic sauce and grilled sweetbread (in plain English cow's glands), both definite crowd pleasers for their exotic, complex flavors. The friendly waitress recommended the 3 meat plate which my wife and I ordered. It turned out to be the star of the night. The short rib, skirt steak and sausage were perfectly grilled, brimming with that fresh off-the-grill taste. A side order of tostones complemented the rich taste of the meat. We did not try any of the desserts that were featured in a very expansive menu. We are excited to return to this fine establishment and explore the remainder of the menu. It deserves its rightful place in my regular rotation of dining options!
Everything was delicious! Highly recommend.
Absolutely incredible. The service and ambience was amazing. The food was perfect. Will absolutely come back.
