I had to ask them for more napkins to clean up the rest of the water they left behind.Super disrespectful!I asked to speak to the manager and she said “don’t worry Ill speak to him, of course not in front of you all” then proceeded to tell us a bogus story about when she spilled a drink on someone.Then spoke to the waiter in front of us.My last time ever going there

Made a reservation for 7pm and wasn't seated until over 30 minutes later. The food was good and the chef was entertaining. Would avoid coming on the weekends but maybe try a weekday

The experience was average, with the food falling short of expectations. While it was okay, it didn't particularly stand out as anything spectacular. One of the disappointments was the sauces, which seemed to be watered down and lacked the bold flavors typically associated with hibachi cuisine. Overall, it was an average dining experience that could have been improved with more attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes and sauces.

Gabriel was amazing! Very attentive and got our order just right! Will come back here for the Kani salad, rock shrimp, Parmesan fries and valentine roll! ? 5/5 for GabrielEdit: Spoke to manager (Patricia) about a $4 charge for ordering an alcoholic beverage “neat”. Was not told about the extra charge when ordering my drink. After several minutes, she said “there was nothing she could do” about it. Was very upset about the interaction and her inability to understand my perspective about informing the customer about extra charges before bringing the bill. 1/5 for manager Patricia

Good here is always good! The kani salad is one of my favs. Our waiter Gabriel was fantastic! We did have an issue with the bill. We were no lt informed that there would be an additional charge for ordering a bounce shot near. We asked to speak with the manager- Patricia. She was the least helpful manager I have ever come across. She was not willing to do anything. She kept repeating I don’t have the authority to change the price or comp a drink or anything all I can do is go back to my boss and let him know. I’ve been coming tj Kashi for years and had never been charged the extra before or come across a manager who could do nothing for the customer. Definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth. 1/5 for Patricia

Worst experience. Got there for reservation.....place was EMPTY! Sat us at the worst table over looking parking lot with a leak in the ceiling. Staff was beyond rude! Left and went to Lumix in Lynbrook. Excellent service and food. Will never go to Kashi again.
