The chef at this place name is Angel, he is special. I would qualify my food experience but instead just trust. The food here is actually phenomenal, I strongly recommend the chicken fingers and the bulgogi. Best fried chicken I have ever had, 100%

I had a great time at Mad for Chicken in Rockville Centre! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Chelsey, was absolutely amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend stopping by! 10/10

ive ordered several times from this location and the first several were delicious. however, this most recent order of wings was soggy compared to expectations. i did eat half lol because i was already home when i saw the texture of the chicken. but i waited about 30 minutes for relatively expensive chicken after a long day 🥲 otherwise, the staff was very nice
