Insanely overpriced, misleading. Pictures are not what you are getting.

I came here during happy hour (for the first time at this spot- in general( and Alexandra was my waitress. All of her recommendations were good! I enjoyed the wings (spicy), house salad (great portion size!) and truffle fries.

Definitely coming back :)

Very disappointing I came here a few months ago and it was amazing me and my friend had many positive things but yesterday I take them all back. There chicken sandwich tasted like a frozen piece of chicken from 7 11. Food went down hill for sure

Food was good but had missing and wrong item in the order. Was given Kimchi fries instead of beef chili fries. Missing radish

The music is hitting here. It's a bit drafty in the restaurant when it's cold, but the food is great!

Terrible representation of the MFC franchise.

I frequent their other locations, usually with friends. Love them all, both for dine in and delivery.

Ordered delivery from this location since it’s closer to me than the other sites that I typically eat at.
All I ordered was a 20 piece chicken tenders for me and a couple friends.
At 2:40 I placed the order and expected delivery by 3:25, 4:20 latest. At 3:15 a driver was assigned to my order but at 3:40 the delivery driver canceled the order after waiting at the restaurant for 20+ minutes. At 4pm the second driver canceled after also waiting 15 minutes. The third delivery driver canceled at 4:30. At 4:45 I had finally had enough and canceled the order entirely. Uber still charged me a fee for a cancelled order. Wasted time and money and embarrassed myself in front of friends who were waiting patiently for food that I promised would be worth the wait. On top of that, they charge more at this location for the same food at other locations, you would expect service to exceed the other locations but unfortunately it’s not the case

Jacob was a great server although he was solo he got the job done efficiently. The food however was a different story. You can clearly tell when an order is ready by the bell they ring for the server to pick up an order. So I don't get how everything came out either cold or Luke warm. The breading on the wings was simply disgusting. To much breading not enough meat ease off the breading. The truffle fries tastes like ithey came out of a gasoline canister, and their cheap with the truffle I wish I was kidding. The spicy chicken sandwich is what had me come back a 2nd time. Had it not been so good the 1st time around I'd go off about that as well. Yes it was not up to par. Overall for this to be a chicken place I expect the chicken to be the best thing on the menu, but that's not the case the alcoholic drinks and fries are, And Jacob's service. I'd come back for drinks but the food I'm not thrilled about coming back for. Being a foodie I expect a few things to be off but when you come to a place called mad for chicken and it taste like mad at the chicken instead it's not a returnable situation. I hope they change up their cooking style. This place has potential to be a great thing for the community.

Parking: It's a meter paid parking lot in the rear coin paid possibly takes card in the front. I believe meter pay stops at 6pm weekdays not sure about weekends.

Kid-friendliness: The family next to me seem to be enjoying themselves with 2 young children.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground level. Easy to access seating.

Mad for chicken makes some awesome chicken sandwiches.
Jacob was an awesome server. Quick efficient and down to earth. But that's where the compliments end. The truffle fries tasted awful. The wings were overly crisp and and too battered. The mango habanero tasted nothing like it. Not really sweet or spicy. To be honest they got alot to work on.

I recently visited MFC and while the music was enjoyable, the overall experience was disappointing. The music was excessively loud, making it difficult to communicate with the waitstaff. Surprisingly, the manager came in at one point and said, “Why is the music so low?” which showed a clear lack of concern for customer comfort.

The service was equally frustrating. Drinks (simple fountain sodas) took 10 minutes to arrive, and utensils were not placed on the table, forcing us to ask for them. The waitstaff seemed unbothered, with one wearing AirPods—an unprofessional touch that gave the impression they weren’t fully attentive.

While one waiter appeared to be trying their best, the table service time was painfully long overall. It felt like customer service was far from a priority. This place might appeal to those looking for a loud music vibe, but if you’re hoping for decent service or a customer-first approach, I’d look elsewhere.

I came in with my friend for a drink and bite to eat after a local gym class. Jacob made our night!!!! So welcoming and could not do enough for us and from what I saw all other patrons. We will be back to see Jacob!

The food here is always absolutely phenomenal- if you actually get any of it.

I’ve been here about a half dozen times- and I’ve had a half dozen poor experiences. It’s always the same story- “I’m sorry but I’m the only worker” as the bar overflows with DoorDash orders, and tables go unwaited and stranded. Tonight, me and my party all ordered at the same time- 4 of us, not rocket science. Half the table got their food promptly- however, the other half were left waiting over an hour, after which the waitress had actually totally forgotten my order. I’ve previously been in here and my party ordered 3 items- to which Mad For Chicken managed to get 4 of them wrong….

The food is always sublime but this is an absolutely miserable experience- consistently- trying to come in here for a meal. And to make matters worse, as if coming to a restaurant, staring at an empty beer glass with no hope of refill, wasn’t miserable enough- the music was exclusively drake. C’mon…..

Update: “I comped your meal” is “actually I comped the piece of food I never actually got you,” somehow this actually cost us $100 still 😂

We’ve been to multiple MFC (especially the Bayside and Flushing locations) and this location has been the absolute WORST one.

As others have said, this is a poor representation of the MFC franchise. Customer service and food were subpar.
I would absolutely NOT come back to this location, which seemed more like a lousy bar, filled with beer pong and very loud music.

We waited over 30 minutes just for our tenders, and our fries never came out! That was an extra 20 minutes just for those.
When we told the male waiter about it, he gave us an attitude and said he would take them back and take them off the bill!
On top of all this, half of the wings were luke warm.

Get your MFC elsewhere!!
