asked for well done. i got wet paper pizza. great service though. and honestly even though it was wet paper, i seasoned it myself with garlic powder and red pepper flakes (which they don't provide) so it was tasty. Tasty wet paper pizza.

Inner city foodie here, let me first say Nicks pies could hang with any of the ten lists they make about the city, alas RVC will not get much representation on those lists but if you are a pizza lover let me assure you you are in a good place. The crust is crisp and crunchy and sauce is sweet it’s simple and perfect that alone deserves recognition. Now I would also say any of the other Italian fare won’t lead you wrong either but for that you have to try it yourself.

I have been here before about 2 years ago and it was absolutely spot on. But on this lazy Sunday in August - it was the worst. The waitress had a face when we came in. The chef in the back motioned to us to sit anywhere. When they told her we were sitting there she had an attitude and had another waiter come to us. (Don’t come to work if you are having a day— and you can’t attend to customers) your establishment or not. The waiter tried his best.

The complimentary bread that came wasn’t even warm…. We ordered a pie, half plain and the half onions and mushrooms. The cheese on the pizza …I’m not sure what it was but it was so gooey . (When but in the fridge the next day it was so bad) Mozzarella I’ve had at other brick pizza oven establishments were so much better. The pizza was also visibly burnt. Calamari was great, the clams and stuffed mushrooms needed more flavor and was burnt— a little crisp is okay but come on … I understand that we were the only family in the restaurant at the time BUT pay attention not to BURN food.

No other diners were in the establishment but us… so pay attention. Please save your money for other brick oven spots in the area

Only margarita pizza. And the pizza is fine but there are better places in the area. Like Vulcano or whatever its called.

The manager/ owner is a nasty,rude, arrogant person, with no people skills. My last dining experience there was a horror story. Any establishment that treats their patrons like second class citizens should be put out of business.

Always an amazing time when I come in for family dinner, solo drinking, or take out. People know each other by name here so that feels goods walking in. Service is always fast and food fresh. Sandra is great, always seats us and makes sure to accommodate our kids. Super sweet. JC makes awesome drinks, and Sal is the entertainer there.Thanks guy for good food,Good drinks and a good time!

This pizzeria is a gem of RVC. Sal and his fantastic staff made us feel so welcomed each time we dine in. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is clean and chill. Plus an incredible staff. Definitely give them a chance and you will be a returning customer.

Ordered a pizza half pepperoni and half plain. This is what I get,no idea who thought this is how half is done, but in the past few months the pizzas shrunk and now they can't even divide the topping equally and cut the slices to proper

It was my first time going there with friends. It was outstanding delicious food and amazing service. Sal and his team are the best. We will definitely go back, especially since they DO NOT charge the 3% credit card upcharge as many other restaurants are doing that. Despite that the food was sensational.
