Ordered 2 large drink cups, one of the cups spilled everywhere after 20 minute drive back home. When I saw the reason, the cup cracked towards the bottom.
Panera has the worst drink cups out of all the quick service restaurants, either the drinks spilling through the lids or the cups cracking.
The whole floor got sticky and the drink got into our extension cords which had to get discarded. Panera’s drink cup shipments are really hit or miss, even the lids.
I think that they are overpriced for what you receive the price for the soup is ridiculous l don't buy anything from them I pick up for others

An African American old manager was screaming in the store tonight around 8pm at a blonde customer who had just told him the teenagers were touching her food. There are always teenage girls hanging out in this store and he yelled at them too - that they are always causing trouble in the store. Why is he friends with teenage girls and giving them free food? I ate there with my family tonight and the young lady was politely asking what the issue was, as the kids continued to scream throughout the store. The girls were friends with the young man behind the counter and my family’s meal was disturbed by this manager running around screaming.
She was luckily provided a refund and left but this was the most disturbing thing I’ve encountered while eating out. We told the young lady we would be her witness too. You need to speak to that young boy who was playing with his friends and meddling with customers food! And that manager who has unhinged anger issues towards your guests!

First time here and the cleaning lady was so rude… when I was finishing my salads this lady talked to me like if I was a kid it 8:50 and this lady was literally asking us to get out telling us “for next time come early!” And claimed for a tip. She also she got noisy with our conversation.
This is my first time eating there. I like the broccoli cheddar soup there.

So I order online for the RAPID pickup not DELIVERY. The girl working on that side asks me are you picking up? I said yes my order says it’s ready. It was not in the rapid pick up spot though. She says okay and walks away to make coffees. Another guy asks me are you being helped I said im just here to grab my order. The other worker says shes waiting on lattes. Which I didn’t oder any coffee so im waiting for her to finish making them hand them to another customer and she doesn’t seem to check for my order or try to help me figure out what’s going on. So all the way in the back I see my name on the bag in the delivery area I said excuse me I think that’s my order back there, when she says yea it is with an attitude. When if it was placed in the right spot on the other side of the counter I could’ve grabbed my items 10 minutes ago and been on my way no problem. Instead was given an attitude for no reason and made to wait while she tried cleaning the machines instead of tryin to help me.

Did a online order pick up with a request to cut full sandwiches in half and wrap them separately. All good!

The music is LOUD... the tables are dirty-- and the cashier took my order; ultimately picking up her phone and heading for break WITHOUT giving me what I asked for!
Thus place is a joke!

The location is convenient to where I live so thats not an issue but yesterday I ordered online and the sandwich I received, which was the ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich, came with stale bread and was very hard to bite into it felt like I was ripping my teeth out! I just recommend they restock their bread or maybe all their items to be more fresh. The food tasted a bit old too but it was edible. Could also just be that I ordered closer to closing but I don’t know.

Panera used to be a place to always grab lunch and meet friends, study etc. with a nice meal. overall i think Panera's quality in food and business practices have drastically reduced at all locations i go to. They take from the menu the good things and replace with crap to save money. for example, their asiago cheese loaves, no longer available, they changed to asiago cheese focaccia, now they removed that too, and just asiago bagels. why remove a good thing. this is throughout other food items, recipes as well like dressings, seasonings or other ingredients. i can tell the difference in flavors. But this location specifically has been consistently going from bad to worse over the years. Whether they get the order wrong, the food tastes bad, small portion sizes or we've gotten sick from food. i used to come here almost weekly since i live nearby, now i go very rarely and every time there is something wrong with the food or the order. i try to give them another chance again and again, and it just doesn't get better. the latest was yesterday i put in an order for frontega chicken sandwich and a Greek chicken salad. over the years these 2 items I've had to use the modify feature to get the meal to taste like what it used to years ago. meaning, i have to let them know, extra basil, and sauce on the frontega sandwich and extra feta (which i have to pay extra for) for the salad. i went all the way home, took a bite out of my sandwich and it was literally bare, dry sandwich, maybe a drop of sauce, and no basil! the salad had barely any feta! what gives! normally i would have let it go, but i couldn't this time. this is just egregiously poor quality control. Are the workers not paying attention, are they being directed to use minimal to nothing on the sandwiches? i specifically asked for EXTRA... if this is extra what is regular portion of toppings? nothing? the biggest slap in the face is the website marketing these classic items as 'ENHANCED' !!! in what way, shape or form, are these enhanced when your customers have to modify the items to include items that should already be included and which we are already paying for and/or paying extra for just to be handed over bare dry sandwiches! behind me in line was a gentleman also there to complain that he had ordered 2 meals and went all the way to office to find only 1 meal was provided. i cant vouch for him and his specific situation, but he said to me that he has also been disappointed in Panera's quality over the years. Now, the management, and the employees are sweet as can be, and rectified my situation by remaking my sandwich and providing a free drink, which I'm grateful for, but I'm afraid its too late for Panera overall when they prioritize money over quality and customer, and as for me, i will no longer be a customer at this location and perhaps all.

Very disappointed, just spent almost $10 on a lettuce on ciabatta 1/2 sandwich - it was supposed to be garden caprese sandwich. Barely ANY mozzarella (had to look for it) and 2 extremely thin slices of tomato - actually impressed with the how thin the tomato was on there. I don't think I will be back again.
