To be totally honest. The people working in this place can come across damn racist. I recalled standing up waiting to get service and the bald headed white man took all the White persons order and it was not until I started to asked loudly if I was invisible was when another white guy came and took my order and even then his face look at me like I wasn't a paying customer. I would never spend more there again. He charged me $12 for a round bread sandwich.

If I can give them a zero stars I would!!! Every time I order anything including just plain coffee IT'S COLD!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WAISTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! The worst part is when you call and complain about it, they give your ATTITUDE FOR WAITNG OVER AN HOUR FOR HOT COFFEE AND A BAGEL!!!!!!!

I got a ham and egg sandwich on a roll AND a chicken salad sandwich with cranberries. The breakfast sandwich was fine, but the chicken salad sandwich was the best one I've ever had. They were very generous with the amount they put on the roll. Wasn't too dry nor soaked in mayo. I plan on coming back to get a pound or two of their chicken salad with cranberries.

Some individuals in there look like they hate their job. Customer service was horrible, wasn’t even greeted back, instead I was looked at like I was from another planet. I try getting a salad but I got an attitude instead. The guy looked like he was putting condiments in a soup, very greedy with the ingredients.

Definitely one of the worst overpriced sandwiches I’ve had in quite a while.The smallest portion of undercooked soggy roast beef. The stingiest smear of mayonnaise. And the completely forgotten Swiss cheese on the hardest, stalest, hero bread known to man... And this culinary treat only cost me 15 dollars of my hard earned money. If asked to Appraise the value of this sandwich, I’d have to say Pay no more than $1.98 for this looser of a meal. And buy yourself a can of dog food!
