Food was really good. The service was great. Nice spot We went for Father's Day and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.

I came here today to celebrate my birthday and I have to say I will never come here again after the experience we had 🥺 . When we arrived, we were not greeted, instead we were pointed in a direction to be seated. When we arrived to the area to be seated we noticed several areas that were open but instead, were placed in a loud area near the speakers to which we asked if we could be seated elsewhere. After a bit of back and forth we were placed in a different section. The food itself was good, but we had to ask for napkins (to which the bus boy told us that he was not our server and was unable to fulfill our request but once he asked again he hastily gave us napkins l). Nobody came to clear our appetizer dishes, we ended up cleaning them for the server when our main dishes came in, and the manager, (a heavier set AA woman turned off the music abruptly stating they were closing soon when it was 9:15 leaving the customers around confused. Luckily another employee noticed and turned the music back on to which she apprehended him for. At this point I was so embarrassed and just wanted to leave). If you plan to come here for a special occasion please adjust your expectations. I use to come here all the time but this place has definitely had a shift in staff and it definitely shows in the amount of empty seats around.

The place itself is pretty big, with a lot of seating and a decent vibe, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. I tried the shrimp po’ boy, and while it tasted good, it wasn’t filling at all. There just wasn’t enough shrimp in it — more bread than anything else. On the bright side, the fries were solid.
I also ordered a seafood boil, which I’ll admit was flavorful but the portion was disappointingly small. It felt more like a kid’s meal, even though it was priced like a full entrée.
Overall, not somewhere I’d rush back to — unless they had a buy one, get one free entrée deal. Then maybe I’d give it another shot.

I came in genuinely wanting to enjoy myself, but this place made it impossible—thanks entirely to the abysmal staff, especially the bartender, Toya. Her behavior was beyond unprofessional. Slamming drinks on the table (causing spills) with zero acknowledgment or apology, rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth—her attitude was appalling. The worst part? She openly complained about me to another staff member, calling me “annoying and needy.”

How is someone like this allowed to represent your business? Where was the manager while this was happening? Clearly not paying attention. Toya is a direct reflection of a toxic work culture where customer service is dead, and management doesn’t seem to care. I won’t be back, and if anyone from management is reading this—do your job and hire people who actually want to work in hospitality.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this visit was a huge disappointment. First off, the service was terrible our bartender, Latoya, was incredibly rude and inattentive. She seemed annoyed to even be there and barely acknowledged us. It took forever to get a drink, and when we finally did, it was wrong and watered down.

As for the food, the crab boil was just as bad—completely flavorless and watery like it had been sitting in a pot of hot dishwater. No seasoning, no richness, just a bland, soggy mess. Definitely not worth the price.

Between the poor service and subpar food, I won’t be coming back. There are way better places in town to get seafood and actually be treated like a customer.

Food was good. Service was adequate. Wish the server checked on the table more. We had to ask for beverages 3 times. The lobster tail was delicious.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely go back there again.

My first time experience at this restaurant was super, the waitress Jennifer was excellent, always checking to make sure my husband and I was good. Excellent service.

The food was sooooo good!!!!! I will most definitely be back. Very affordable and waitstaff was attentive and courteous.
