I usually buy pastries from here and they are pretty good but today I went to get cannolies and napoleons, I asked the lady and she looked like she didn’t want to work, I asked her if she had any napoleons she pointed out at a big cake and the cannollis they had was stale, in my opinion service was horrible and food was not what I expected on top of that really expensive, I’ll think about going back again not worth the trip

3 girl who worked tonight were amazing!! So sweet and helpful. Love the staff and will definitely be coming back! Strawberry tres leches and crème brute cheesecake were Phenomenal!!

Service is so incredibly slow!!! The selection of deserts is on par with other similar bakeries but this place moves at a snails pace. I try to time my visits during off peak hours to avoid long lines but given how inefficient the staff works, there’s always a long wait.

From a strawberry shortcake lover, this was not a strawberry shortcake. More like strawberry jellly and custard cake. And it was wet. There was only one strawberry on top drowning in strawberry goo. Just not the quality I expected. And an expensive taste.

First time here and will be the very last. After getting burned by coffee (at least barista apologized and gave bag of ice to put on burn) because lid wasn’t properly put on, dry Napoleon and the worst chai latte,( no flavor-ended up throwing whole thing out)I have ever had. Not worth $20

AWESOME TREATS!The bakery offers the finest baked goods in the neighborhood. They have variety of pastries, breads, cookies and ice creams. I had a decaf coffee and flat white here. Both were freshly brewed and made to perfection. Highly recommend the bakery to anyone looking out for a high quality treats.

My absolute favorite bakery in Nassau county! Everything is always fresh and delicious! The staff are also very friendly which makes for an even better bakery! Must try the “sugarberry” pastry and Freddo cappuccino!

Cute place, takes a while to get my coffee,wait is long, I ordered two cupcakes Oreo,l cupcake and carrot cupcake , it was not good , the icing on the Oreo cupcake was hard as a rock, along with the cake , the carrot cake was not moist at all very dry, also had a red velvet slice it was not that great either, the cannoli was not crunchy either , it’s the second time I’ve had my pastries like this , not worth the money,
I loved the vibe of the cafe, along with the energetic and hardworking staff. Deserts were great and customer service was also good. Love this cafe! Will be back :)

They are supposed to open every morning at 9 AM. First person arrived on Saturday at 9:15 AM with the keys, the other two arrived 5 to 10 minutes after that. People were waiting in the cold and rain, not even an apology. If I were the owner of this place, I would be supervising my staff more carefully and trying to open on time!
