The Flour Shoppe Cafe

I’m so happy that we came here! The menu options looked awesome- particularly since we’d be dining with kids and the food didn’t disappoint. The one thing I wasn’t ready for was how sweet certain plates would be. I got the cookies n’ cream pancakes and was done after maybe three bites- it was sugar overload. I’m eating them in small bites because they’re delicious but just intense! The shoppe itself is super cute and the staff was really friendly. Totally would return but maybe plan on splitting my meal with a friend and balancing the flavors with a salad

Kid-friendliness: The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the menu had a ton of kid favorites. The changing station wasn’t spotless so I didn’t use it, but the bathroom is big so it’s easy to make trips to and from with older kids

This is a lovely little cafe. The food was great. Only 4 stars for service as I think the counter service wasn't really conducive to the types of food on their menu.

Came here for breakfast. Place is cozy and stress free. You have to order first then sit vice versa.
When you order you have to pay right away. Would like to have the option to order in totality and pay after. All in all a great place.

Nice brunch spot, interesting coffee flavorings. Ordered 2 different coffees with 2 different flavors, neither of us tasted anything but the coffee, however. That would've made the experience that much better but our dishes were very good. Pictured: California Omelette & Hashbrown Bennie.

Flour shoppe is my favorite place to have breakfast in all of Nassau county! Their food is low key excellent. I always get something different & they never disappoint! Try the croque madame and thank me later. Reasonably priced. Cozy. Attentive staff.

Food is absolutely delicious here. Love their breakfast burritos and pancakes. Their staff both behind the counter and those that wait on you are polite and friendly. They always seem overworked and very busy but it's because the food is so good! Be sure to go early!

We were never told that we had to order at the counter. We waited over 30 minutes to order. Food was ok. Price was fair. Service, not so good. Had to ask repeatedly for items like sugar, napkins, ketchup, and an extra plate.

We had my daughter’s baby sprinkle and it was the perfect location! We had an afternoon tea party. The food and service were fantastic! The wait staff were attentive to our guests and everyone had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed

Nice laid back cafe. Drinks are unique and tasty. Food was great, overall spent around 15-20 pp with tip since we sat down. You order at the front then bring a table number and they bring the food out to you pretty quickly.

This is a place where you put in your order and find your seat. I found it confusing because they give you a number, but in my case didn't give me "a spoon" which has your number on it to display at your table.
They have indoor and outdoor seating, parking is easy, and they do a lot of take out business. Everyone in my party enjoyed his breakfast selection, and the prices are reasonable.
