The pizza and chicken Parmigiana were very good but Lizzy our server was beyond sweet and accommodating to our every need. She kept checking on us, making sure we were happy and was always ready to assist. She had a super positive attitude and made our meal that much more enjoyable!

WOW, after ordering from vulcano time and time again myself and close friend decided to try the dine in experience and let me say… it did NOT disappoint. Adrian our server was attentive and super kind. The rest of the staff were super kind and even gave us a little show of how they make their in house WOOD FIRED PIZZA. If I could rate it higher than five stars I would. Thank you vulcano staff and thanks especially to Adrian!!! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

This charming Italian restaurant in Rockville Center has amazing wood fired pizzas, delicious salads, and a dessert that has my hot year old smile from ear to ear. Adrian our waiter went out of his way to make my son super happy with his dessert. He even got extra sprinkles for his chocolate gelato!!!
I’ll definitely be back. The three course price fixed menu is great.

I've been coming here for almost a decade if not a decade by now. This was the first time I brought my wife (we just married last November) and she absolutely loved the food. We had the meatballs and polenta, she had the parpadelle and I had the cavatelli. The waiter Adrian was fantastic as always, attentive, very upscale level of service. The food has been exactly the same level of quality it has always been. I hope this place never changes because it is perfect the way it is! Great drinks, great atmosphere and top notch service. If you have never been here, you need to change that ASAP! Thank you Vulcano!!
