I ordered a chocolate ice cream cake with chocolate fudge icing for a birthday celebration.When I picked it up, it had vanilla frosting. It was awful. I was so happy I asked to look at it before paying for it. The employee told me it wasn’t the fault of the store, someone else made it and delivered it to them. Never would I ever go back there. I then had to go to another store to get a cake.

Went to buy an ice cream cake but after I purchased the cake they informed me that they could not write on the cake. I asked for my money back. I went to Carvel and they had no problem writing on it.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake online several days in advance to be picked up at this store. Received a confirmation email that it would be ready. This cake was for my 30th birthday. Arrived to the store only to find out the cake was never made and couldn't be made. Completely disappointing and unprofessional.
