I have never had such an awful experience at this location the woman who took my order had not a single clue what was going on i got six items total and for each one I had to repeat myself at least 4 times she was unsure of every step she made I asked for no lid on one of my items the first thing she grabs is a lid I asked for a chocolate shake she had to confirm with me three times that it was chocolate this location usually has no issues at times their understaffed but I’d rather wait in line for 5 more minuets that have another conversation with a brick wall.

I was heading to pick up BOGO ice cream sundaes for the Wednesday special, when my 8 month old baby fell asleep in the car! I was alone and really did not want to wake him up, so I figured I’d call and ask if there was anyway someone would be willing to run it out to me if I pulled up to the front door. Whoever answered was the nicest woman and was totally understanding. I should’ve asked her what her name was, but she made the Sundays in under 5 minutes and brought them out to me. I gave her cash and we were on our way. I was so appreciative of the gesture!! Anyone with young kids or babies knows running errands alone sometimes can be tricky because of this, she was so accommodating I can’t thank her enough. What an awesome Carvel, 10/10 for customer service, that’s for sure!! Thank you again!!

Ordered a small cake for my husbands birthday. Half vanilla, half pistachio with crunchies in the middle. It was delicious, looked so good and the price wasn’t terrible. So many times i get cakes at other places and it’s decorated poorly and the handwriting looks like it’s done from a toddler. We love carvel, rocky point!
