I am not sure what is going on. There is a woman working here by the name of Nicole. I am not sure why she is still working there. She is rude, offensive, and makes people nervous and uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager more than once, more than twice; it doesn't seem to matter that we, as a community, stop there daily and are harassed and made to feel uncomfortable. This establishment thrives on the community, so at the very least, this woman should be evaluated and retrained

Need to be more cleanly. the Indian dude had his arm touching the ice cream. Legit had ice cream on his hairy arms after . Also found Plastic in my ice cream cone. Great job guy! Will not be coming back.
Ive been here 5 times and everytime they've messed up the drink ive gotten. The store is cluttered inside and out, the tiling is cracked. The staff doesnt know measurments for drinks. I get a small latte everytime and its ranged from 5 pumps of sweeter to 1 pump. I just wish they would close the store to remodel and retrain the staff.

If I could I'd give 0 stars due to the way the manager handles her employees. She is extremely unprofessional. Even when told that I have a disability and that the employee that was giving me issues and was clearly instigating the situation. I had to ask the manager to ask her employee to stop speaking over me as I was trying to solve the issue. I also had to repeatedly say that I felt I was being harassed after the employee was becoming hostil. It wasn't until I said that I was going to contact the police and write a review online that they gave me a discount. The problem with the employee continued even as the manager was fixing the issue. Never have I ever encountered such rude employee's and manager at any retail place. The manager had no control over anything and did nothing unless told to. I find it disgusting that people with disabilities get treated like garbage at this location.
