I only gave atmosphere 3 stars because it's just a bagel store. Nothing fancy but always clean. These are the best bagels around us (Rocky Point). The counter help is friendly and efficient and prices are fair. We are there all the time for bagels and egg sandwiches.

Bacon egg n cheese came out to almost $10. Are you serious ??? City prices aren’t even like this. Miller place bagel is ~$6 and at least their staff is nice!! Here they are rude!!!

I’ve never experienced such rude service- I got a toasted bagel with butter and when the worker handed me the plate i could see the hunk of butter between the two halves. When i went back up to ask her for a plastic knife, she rolled her eyes at me. Like really?

I ordered a coffee with a little milk and I got a coffee with a lot of milk. When I gave it back, she remade it with the same amount of milk that she made it before. Plus she had an attitude. Never going back there are enough bagel stores on the island that offer good service.
