The happy hour menu is good and the bartenders are great. My server was awesome! She heard my fork hit the floor and before I knew it, she was there with another. Truely awesome service!!!
I have been to all the J&R steakhouses on the island and the one in Islip always has the best food it’s always hot , fresh seasoned and cooked perfectly. The food at this Rocky point location tasted old. It wasn’t hot. It didn’t taste fresh. It wasn’t spoiled, but it wasn’t good and I went for their Oktoberfest menu. One of things that I got was the seafood bisque. I sent it back. It was terrible no flavor, no seafood in it except for a couple of pieces of fake crab....

The food was delicious and our server, Michelle, was the best waitress we've ever had! She was absolutely delightful and incredibly attentive. We were a large party (with two handicap members) and she really took care of us.
