I LOVE Starbucks as a whole so this review should be taken as constructive. I was in the area and had 20 minutes to spare before work. I stopped at this Starbucks which is in such an odd layout, the drive thru is just odd.

I went in to order which was easy enough and 15 minutes later finally got my strawberry açaí and not warmed chocolate croissant, like basically the quickest order.

What really stood out to me was that there was 4 employees, one at register and three making drinks and they seemed not very synchronized. The space in the back also looked dirty and unkept. I didn’t take a picture because I don’t want this review to highlight just one bad day but it just didn’t seem like the atmosphere I see at other locations.

I may stop by again to see if this is ongoing, but I suggest you continue to maintain a higher level of service to ensure the brand itself doesn’t suffer. My drink and pastry was good, but again, it’s probably the easiest order ever. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not really from the area but excited to see there was a Starbucks in Rocky Point , so I figured I would stop in..
It was 5:30pm and all I wanted was a cup of coffee. I was told they were cleaning the coffee machine, and won't be done for a half hour...bummer

I love this Starbucks! I go here every morning for my daily cup of coffee! Everyone that works there is kind and personable. The atmosphere is awesome the food is always good and my drink is always on point! The staff is absolutely phenomenal and always take care of me! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Food and drinks were fine. Service sucked from the time my order was taken via drive thru until the order was rudely given to me. No greeting, no thank you, just "$25.25" and basically threw the food at me. Even at the start of the order, there was no greeting. NEXT! Yes, starbux is busy but dont lose the kindness. One person sets a bad example.

My wife is a Starbucks junkie, so I find myself here quite often. The Rocky Point team is always super friendly and seem to always have a good rapport with one another, which makes me strangely content. Always a good experience here with consistent products and vibe.

This establishment was overwhelmed and switched to mobile orders only, which you were informed at the speaker once you were already on the line. The first problem is the management was not there!!! Clearly management gave no direction to their employees who could not handle the volume of orders in which I suggested putting a sign out that says mobile orders so people don’t get stuck on a line they cannot remove themselves from
