Personally, I never have a problem with this location. Just order ahead of time.

I recently signed up for DoorDash and decided to place my first order with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered three drinks, but only two were delivered—the Detox Island Green was missing.
Based on how the drinks arrived, it’s clear this was a mistake on Tropical Smoothie Cafe's part. The drinks were packed in a bag with a drink holder inside, and there was space for only two drinks, meaning the third was never included in the order.
I contacted the Dasher, who confirmed they delivered everything they were given. I also tried calling Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but they redirected me to DoorDash for help. I’m now waiting for a refund, which is the least that could be done.
As a first-time customer of both DoorDash and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I expected better. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and I’m hesitant to order from this location again.

At this location I am always handed an inconsistently flavored or textured smoothie with a bad attitude. Gio the assistant manager there has no people skills and is rude. You can tell this is a hedge fund created company by the horrible leadership.

waited at the drive through for 20 minutes, one car ahead waiting at the window. the car left without being served and my car pulled up to the window and saw people eating inside. zero workers present. waited half an hour total. ridiculous. shame, i like the smoothies but will not be waiting half an hour at a drive through window with no employees. i'm very disappointed.

Food takes 30 minutes to come out when I’m the only one on the damn line. I’m sure the folks with a disability can perform faster ??.

When this location first opened it was great but the last few times I’ve ordered the tai chicken salad it’s had no chicken in it or wontons just cheap shredded ice burg lettuce and some carrotsI’ve even ordered this as a wrap and the wrap was mostly tortilla with barely any fillingThe smoothie seems hard to mess upBut they need to stop hiring young kids who are rude and don’t wanna work because this location has gone down hill the last few months

This establishment is super clean, & the manager, Phil, I can’t express enough how kind he was about the issue I had with my order. He even made my smoothies perfectly!! Will def be coming back.

Excellent customer service! Orders are filled fast by cheerful friendly professional staff. Three words Cranberry truffle smoothie! Acai bowls are awesome too.

Male employee wearing a pink hat harasses and inappropriately touches the female employees. Seen multiple occasions where he pokes/touches the side of their stomachs and slapping their hats down. He might be the manager which makes things worst because these girls are visibly uncomfortable with his behavior. Terrible management. AVOID.

It's a Tropical Smoothie. They were nice, and the food was... the food. I will say that there were ZERO ice chunks in the smoothies. That was great.
