I was very disappointed with my most recent visit to Applebee’s and will definitely be dining elsewhere in the future. After being in the restaurant for 45 minutes, my food was not served as ordered and had to be returned. All this time, I had no choice but to listen to the new music that is horrible and is not conducive to a relaxing meal. The steak was undercooked and incredibly tough. I made a different menu choice. After another 45 minutes of waiting, I had the waitress (who was very polite) ask to have the kitchen pack my order to go as I was close to being late for an appointment. Won’t be returning!!

Food is always great but some nights they seem understaffed. They have forgotten our utensils before and someday its just takes a bit of a wait. The waiting staff is great, they just need more help do to the fact they are running in circles non stop.

Very uncomfortable , air conditioner wasnt working in our area.
The food was pretty good but I took amost an HOUR to get our food I came out hot and it was good but we got here at 1:10 and we got our food at 2:05

It's an Applebee's. Nothing extraordinary, but they have decent but expensive food, at least for what you're getting. It used to be better. Also, it very loud and obnoxious at times, which I don't like, but that's a personal preference. It's a bar also, so I get it.
The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. And I've never had issues.

Service was good. Waitress was very nice. Food not so great. Didn't get the right sandwich got a spicy chicken sandwich when ordered not spicy. Sauce made the sandwich soggy. Chicken was way to big for it. Like they took chicken breast and put in on there. No bacon but a very very small piece like couldn't see it into looked in sandwich. My Bf's Alfredo noodles taste like came out of a jar not homemade. Appetizers were good. Thats about it. Not sure if would go back.

Ordered apps and meals, apps came out. After 50 min food never came out asked the server to check. She went to another table and took their order, then we had to ask another server to ask our server for the check. Then waited longer had to go up to a manager told the manager the manager didn’t seem to care no apology. I’ve been a server totally respect rush hour but the server and manager didn’t care at all. So spent 30$ on two apes and never got our dinner no sorry nothing after 1 hour and 15 min finally left w no dinner.

Food was decent, and the service was friendly, but a touch slow on drink refills. I'd say I liked the ribs a little better than the others liked their steaks. I wish restaurants offered some regular bbq sauces like Sweet Baby Ray's or Krafts. Sometimes, I think they get too fancy on the sauces. For the record, I had the honey bbq flavor, which seemed to be the tamest offering.
