Don’t get a steak at Applebees. Had a hard time cutting it with a knife, brought it home for my dogs. I would have sent it back for a burger but my wife was having breathing issues.

It has a nice atmosphere and it’s nice how they have drink specials. But I don’t enjoy the food n the service was awful. We had to wait 20 minutes for a waitress to show up and then another 15 for drinks after that. Then we were finally able to order. The food wasn’t very great.

Recently I ordered from the catering menu and I've ordered from it before many times. So I ordered chicken broccoli alfredo. It was delivered , I opened the container and it wasn't even half full. More like a quarter full Not a happy customer. I guess buyer beware. We did speak to the manager who offered to give us another pan no charge, come get it. I chose delivery because driving isn't an option now. The attached photos you can see how unfilled the pan is. Oh well Goodbye Applebees

Entered to a space roughly filled to 25% capacity, seated by a gracious host... then we waited, and waited, and waited... 20 minutes later, we walked out having had no interaction with any wait staff, without a drink order being taken. As we walked out, a waitress asked if we had been taken care of, clearly knowing we hadn't. The highlight was my patient kids. Not recommended.

You really need to replace those rugs in there Applebee's is getting a bad reputation it looks like a barn in there with the old dirty rugs. Ancient Televisions. Tear em up! The best item on the menu they no longer serve broccoli 🥦??!!?
Why don't you have broccoli anymore must have been too healthy compared to the rest of the sodium menu.
How come your toilets.dont work? And I think there's a dead body under the sink by the smell in there.

I’ve worked in the service industry (on both ends) I’ve also have been to this location ( as well as others ) and usually have no complaints. However, today’s service could’ve been handled differently. In chain restaurants there is a flow that the staff is supposed to follow( as well as use COMMON sense) . Today’s service went so wrong , I’ll never return to another Applebees- EVER! Tried to speak with management & was given a patronizing stare & a sorry excuse .( I already knew NOTHING was going to be done & was falling on deaf ears) . I know this means nothing to them , so I’ll definitely never dine in their restaurants- EVER ! 👎

Mercedes was absolutely amazing, she was more than accommodating and took her time with us. We are from utica where we has negative experiences but our server restored our faith in this restaurant. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be returning.
