Ordered apps and meals, apps came out. After 50 min food never came out asked the server to check. She went to another table and took their order, then we had to ask another server to ask our server for the check. Then waited longer had to go up to a manager told the manager the manager didn’t seem to care no apology. I’ve been a server totally respect rush hour but the server and manager didn’t care at all. So spent 30$ on two apes and never got our dinner no sorry nothing after 1 hour and 15 min finally left w no dinner.

Food was decent, and the service was friendly, but a touch slow on drink refills. I'd say I liked the ribs a little better than the others liked their steaks. I wish restaurants offered some regular bbq sauces like Sweet Baby Ray's or Krafts. Sometimes, I think they get too fancy on the sauces. For the record, I had the honey bbq flavor, which seemed to be the tamest offering.
They do offer a military discount, Thank You!

Ordered DoorDash and the $6.00 brownie came in an 8oz cup with a ketchup ramekin for the “ice cream”. This brownie is tiny and pathetic. Outrageous serving size for $6.00. Highly disappointing for a business that’s been operational for years! Very sad.

Absolutely frustrated! We went in our waitress was fine at the beginning but then she forgot my mother's nachos until I said something. The when our entrees came out the forgot my food and our waitress walked by. Everyone else got their food and ate. It took my mother speaking to another waitress to get my food and I waited for an hour. Then she didnt try to make up for forgetting my food! Honestly taking my business else where! This is not how you treat customer especially if you want them to return!

I placed an order at 3:23pm on 2/23/25 for curbside pickup. A employee named Trinity said it will be ready at 3:50pm. I had my husband pick up the order. He waited for 30 minutes and nobody came out to tell him about the delay of the order. He then walked inside and was told that the order will be ready soon. I then called the restaurant to see what was going on. The employee Trinity said that they had a lot of orders coming through, which is understandable. But, my husband said there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. My husband finally received our order at 4:19pm. Almost an hour after I placed the order. I know this wouldn’t have happen if we dined in. This would be unacceptable for dine in and it isn’t for curbside service either. As of right now I do not think I will be ordering curbside pickup at your establishment again.

Ordered full slab of ribs for takeout. When I got home and opened it, the ribs were small, and over cooked to the point of being burned. The salad I ordered was good . It appears that quality control is a problem. Depending upon who is cooking, you may or may not get a good takeout meal. By then, it's too late unless you want to drive back and ask for a refund.

Strait garbage the old women behind the bar in the morning is the lowest level of life your ever gonna deal with were there for 5 mins before her old ass started shit never going back and hugely recommend you don’t btw according to someone that works there currently they haven’t changed the fryer oil in 8 months enjoy your salmonella

Today i came in to eat and around 345 a blonde server started yelling at the lovely server right in the front of the restaurant and then continued to follow her when she was crying and trying to leave. That is the most disrespectful, disgusting, and disturbing thing i’ve ever had to encounter in my many years of coming here.

I want to start off with the lovely lady that gave me my food, she was so nice and just a sweet person. So, I don’t want this review to reflect her at all. She was amazing.
What I’m concerned about is what you did with the mozzarella sticks and triple chocolate meltdown?! They used to be so so good but the past couple of times my significant other and I have gone the mozz sticks have been stiff and watery, the cake cold or dry and lacking fudge :(. The other Applebees around haven’t been like this :/.
Lastly, my pickup time was 7:23pm and they were a bit busy so I understood the wait but people that had arrived after me were leaving before I got the meal. I got the meal almost an hour later. This happens every Monday, I mostly order on Mondays. THIS WAS NOT THE GIRL’S FAULT, so don’t blame her she was fantastic!
Just kinda bummed out because I do love this place and I tip every time! I hope they haven’t changed the recipes on anything.
