Their breakfast burritos are absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and made fresh. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The place itself is super cute and quaint, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to sit and stay for a while. The staff was friendly and welcoming too. This is definitely one of those spots you end up telling everyone about.

I had to come back and edit my review. I decided to go back to Arizona Tacos for dinner since the breakfast was so good. The young lady working was rude and unfriendly. We ordered the guacamole because on the screen it shows a delicious bowl of guacamole with onion and tomatoes. What they served was some avocado and chips. There wasn’t any salt on the tables for the bland avocado served. It looked like something pumped out of a bag at subway. We also ordered taquitos and the Dorito bowl. We ordered the taquitos and the Doritos bowl as chicken and she served them as beef.

Worst taco I ever had in my life.It was so dry.All it was was ground, beef and a taco shell, with some green glop, that had no flavor whatsoever, terrible. The beef wasn't even flavored. Update: Yes I did go there and the green stuff was what they called mild salsa.

Thrilled to visit the brick and mortar location of Arizona Tacos. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, plus AMAZING food. Well worth the drive here from Utica.

I had the protein bowl with chicken and my husband had the burrito with ground beef. The meals were served in thin aluminum take out containers and we were given plastic utensils. The burrito was work because of the cheap plastic knife and the high sides of the take out pan it was in. The taste was good though. My bowl was bland and doused in too much sour cream. I asked for salsa or sauce of some kind. I was given both a mild and a hot option to try. Both sauces were very thin and lacked flavor. The texture of my meal was off putting and I didn’t finish it.

How is this place still open? I don’t think they even have an oven. Nothing they make there is grilled or cooked. It is all just microwave heated and thrown together. All of their ingredients are store bought fully cooked and premade. Every single one! All they do is take pre cooked and pre made store bought ingredients from Walmart and put it together and bring it out. It tastes horrible and you can do a way better job making it yourself at home.

Wow!! On the first bite of my Breakfast Buritto with Premium Chorizo and Green Sauce, I was instantly in Scottsdale, AZ. Yet we were sitting in beautiful Rome, NY. We were greeted by the owner, so knowledgeable and friendly!! A Definate Must Try!! We will be back!!

Tacos were bland, but rice was extremely salty. Did not explicitly say refried beans. Tres Leches cake tastes like its been marinating in an open freezer – like that really gross freezer taste. Disgusting.
Spending 24 bucks on plain tacos, with onions and cilantro (which was somehow also lacking), and refried beans, salty rice, and freezer-seasoned tres leches was more than enough reasons for me to never give them my money again.
Cashier was nice and service was fast.

I liked the style of the place. Service was pretty good lady at the counter could of been a little more helpful maybe with some suggestions on their most popular items or something. For the food I got 6 tacos 2 chicken 2 pork and 2 steak. Chicken was seasoned okay but was a little dry. The pork was very juicy but really under seasoned. The steak was a bit dry but seasoned very well. The sauce on the side was the star of the show. I also got buffalo chicken fries which seem to be made with same chicken from the tacos they were avg.

I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. It was awful. There was barley no flavor . With how watery it was I could tell that it was canned chicken that they used
The staff were friendly.

My husband and I went in for dinner tonight and I have to say I ordered a Mexican style chicken taco and it was the driest taco I think I've ever eaten.the place was weirdly quiet. The rice wasnt fully cooked and the beans were mediocre. The food came out pretty fast. But no sauce was served with the food you had to pay extra for that. We got a chips and queso, my husband got a burrito combo and I got the 3 taco combo. Probably never coming back here. Very disappointing for such a nicely decorated place
