Order is wrong every day and there’s some spots in the dinning area that are not always kept clean and there’s a white bucket that drips oil and looks gross like that’s not something I want to see when coming into order food but other then that very friendly people

I had to pick up a door dash that was 10 minutes late. Girl cashing when I got there was worried about taking her break and eating ice cream. Supervisor told another kid to worry about DoorDash disappeared 5 minutes and someone else told him to get ice. Meanwhile the girl is eating ice cream up by the counter leaning over it flirting with an out side customer. My dash was 10 minutes late. I’m always on time for them. They don’t get any stars. But I hope the health inspector for Oneida county goes in and writes them up. They were more concerned about playing around then making peoples food orders. One lady was waiting for her order that was made wrong to begin with and was waiting for it the same time I was for ten minutes. When I walked out the girl eating the ice cream sarcastically said you rule. Door dash people order their food around their time for their lunches. They needed to be more respectful of time.

Ordered the royal crispy with no tomato, no royal sauce, add mayo. The sticker was even on it but they paid no attention to it. It has tomato, a drop of royal sauce, and no mayo. This happens all the time. They always mess up something

We have always used this BK, but lately service has been bad and cleanliness has gone to the dogs. I hope the owner gets better managers in there, get them kids off their phones and get people in there who will work as a team.

Just left there and overall rude encounter! After asking for the name of the manager on duty the guy working refused to give it to me & said he’ll get her for me & walked away while they both stared out the window then went to the back and never returned. Order messed up. I asked fresh none of my food was fresh my fries looked less than a value fry when I upgraded to large! My chicken wrap is old and cold as ice! My royal crispy is old and looks it! It is hard and dry! Whoppers look like it was just thrown together and again not fresh at all nothing was. I’m completely disgusted with the lack of care and quality they put into the food they serve nothing is edible I left photos as well. I mean everything is old and gross. Fries were reheated! This location has completely neglected its duty to satisfy the customer/ consumer. I hope management improves and they find better staff because until then I will not be returning nor will I allow any family or peers to do so.
