I called to place an order. I don’t normally order over the phone so it was new for me. I asked nicely for the total. Didn’t respond. He asked for a number so I gave him the number but after I said I know I already asked but can I have the total please when you’re done. I wasn’t sure if he heard me. He goes sounding very irritated “just WAIT a minute, PLEASE I am working on it just wait” when he gave me the amount I said thank you. He goes bye & hangs up. VERY rude service. I will not be going here anymore.

We had made a reservation and when we arrived we were greeted and seated promptly. The one and only waitress brought us our drinks and gave us menu's. Unfortunately, it took her about 20 to 30 minutes to take our orders. She was obviously very busy trying attend our table of 10 as well as the rest of the restaurant. The poor lady was actually running from table to table. She finally took our order, brought us our meals but never returned until we asked for our bill. She was very pleasant but she needed help.

4 stars because their prices suck. Food is always great here and consistent but the prices have gotten whack. (Don’t blame the economy..blame greed) Might start going somewhere new because it seems they discretely raise the prices by a couple dollars every 2 months. 2 combos with a spicy wonton shouldn’t be over $50 USD for Chinese food lol. Cmon guys

$10 for a pint of soup? I am all about paying for good food but the prices have really gone up. I got a sesame chicken combo dinner, spicy wonton and pint of egg drop soup and it was almost 50$. For 2 people. Food was good but I just can’t make it make sense!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. We’re from out of town and found this place on google Maps. Decided to try it and are so glad we did!! The food is some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I had the sesame beef, highly recommend!

Food was delicious and flavorful, definitely a step above average for American Chinese restaurants.

Takeout sir was rude and gave me a hard time when I asked for an itemized receipt.

General Tso chicken was more flour and dough than actual chicken.
Won't come back, terrible place.

I went to this establishment for my Brother who is ill, and in a nursing home. He wanted some Chines food. Upon. My order I was told that they do not serve Fried chicken! I'm all my years patronizing Chinese food establishment I've never experienced this item not being featured. The staff was nice though. My brother did consume his order with a smile😃

Nice place inside but don't eat here I got sick paid 67 dollars for 3 entrees which is crazy expensive and I got sick. The meat is not right and it tastes very old. Never again no more good places left in Rome have to go to Utica or New Hartford.
