Quick turn around on food, even right up against closing time. Great sandwiches and the desserts were delightful. The tomato oil has great punch without being overwhelming.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, will definitely be back. So close to the disc golf course too, it'll be hard to not visit after playing a round!

New to us in the Rome, NY area. I would describe this place as trendy, Geared toward a young professional crowd with loud modern music and industrial design. Menu selections were sandwiches and salads with interesting ingredients and combinations such as pickled red onions, felafel, prosciutto, shaved prime rib, house made chips as well as lots of others. The bar offerings were creative and varied with many local brews as well as traditional cocktails.

Awesome sandwich with house chips and a house pickles. Delicious!

What you expect to get vs what you actually get. It barely had any mozz and not even mozz balls (looked like they cut up 1 or two small balls of mazz, if that) I'm from out of town, so I have nothing to go off but photos and descriptions.

This has become out go to lunch spot. On special occasions we will do the bourbon flight. Had a couple of cocktails here, and they were all good. But the food and the people is what bri ga us back. Smiling, happy, helpful. Even when I'm doing a grab and go order. I've had nearly everything on the menu. It's all good. Ans I'm picky.
We even brought our pup here recently and sat on the patio. The folks were awesome with him, and it made training easy.

Delicious gourmet sandwiches, the best there is in Rome. The salads are really good too! Don't believe me? Try it yourself.

Me and a lady friend went to Crust for drinks and menu items on a recent fall night

I had some kitchen snacks to start the chicken was cold oddly and generally dry.
My friend got some soup of the day which was also cold- we did not complain at this point we knew it was systematic not an anomaly.
I got the chicken and potato bowl not sure what it's called- it was also served cold including the mashed potato cream

At this point I'm worried about being sick from cold chicken so didn't eat

I noticed there's young people in the kitchen so they're having issues just like everyone else I guess
I won't be back to eat again but I'll be back for drinks
This place is not all that
