I experienced someone informing the public that the owner blasts classical music to keep the N words away. If you are Black living or passing through Rome NY.. don’t stop here it’s dangerous for your health and wellbeing. Classical music is great, but the intention says klan rally.
From what I've experienced here, I can say the food is great and the restaurant owner is very based to say the least. If you have the time to dine at an Italian restaurant and you're nearby, you should go to this fine establishment right here.

1st of all, stop acting like black folks can afford to go to Rome anyways.
As a black man I could 100% concur. When I turn on anything but rap the black folks around me clear out the room or complain endlessly.
This is not racism or hateful practice. It's common sense.

Had an amazing meal with my family over the weekend! Staff and service was superb!! We all tried different items in the menu and shared. I recommend the giant meatballs!! We will definitely be back !

I had the pleasure of dining at DeSalvo’s last night. The food was delicious and served quickly. Will definitely return. The waitress, Margaret, was great!!

Didn’t have much drink of choice (corona light), she never even remembered to take our order. I asked for a water with no ice and she brought me a cup of ice and a bottled water.

Excellent service and food! A must stop!!
My daughter wanted spaghetti and meatballs for dinner but she wanted a mommy and me night out! We had never tried this place but heard good things. The food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Only downfall is they don't have a children's menu. As a single parent ordering a few different sides added up to a HUGE bill before tip. I do have to say they have the biggest meatballs I've ever tried and liked ?.
