This Domino’s is absolutely disgusting. Every time I walk in, there are people hanging around the lobby who clearly aren’t even customers, and the employees just let it happen. At one point, I literally watched someone sitting at a table with a bag of white powder out in the open, snorting it, right there in the lobby. And the staff acted like it was totally normal. Seriously — where is any police presence in this plaza? How is this allowed to happen?
And as if that wasn’t enough, none of the employees wear gloves while handling food. The whole place feels dirty and completely unmanaged, like it’s just a free-for-all for whoever wanders in.
To top it off, my order was delayed by 45 minutes. The tracker kept pushing the time back again and again, like nobody had any clue what they were doing.
This place needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down entirely. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have been going to this specific domino's for over a year, and if I can give any advice, do NOT come in or order from here at night! they make you wait at least 20 min ranging to over an hour longer than they originally say it will take and they're quick to give you every excuse under the sun, most the delivery people I've had have been rude and aggressive even though they are the ones who took a half hour longer. I just had to pay for food that I can't eat because I have to be leaving work now. I was told 40 minutes and it's been over an hour! Now the day shift? Always been just fine. Never had an issue, always on time and kind. But the night shift is abysmal and has lost domino's a customer in me for the foreseeable future, if not permanently. Utterly disappointed.

The pizza had hairs on it and tasted awful. I’ve had Dominos in many other cities and this was the worst. We had to throw them out and they gave us stomach aches. I’m never eating at Dominos again. It was dry, hardly any sauce, smelled like chemicals, never again!
I tried ordering just a normal pepperoni pizza. The man said my card didn't work, got charged a few different times totalling $42. I call to explain, he hangs up. I go and talk with a manager. Never got my food. I'm still waiting for a refund.
The people who work here are the best, top notch crew and service 👌

Picked up a take out order of a pizza. It was served very hot and fresh from the oven. The man delivering it to my car curbside was very pleasant. Order was done as specified.

We have been living here for over a year and I have to say this is the best Domino’s my family and I have had. Never had any issues, our food has always been on time expect for once but we were called to let us know and given an option to pick up or cancelled if it was too long of a wait. The staff has always been nice from those who work inside to the delivery drivers. My family and I truly appreciate the staff at Rome, NY Domino’s.

How does a place screw up every single order that's ever been made at this store. Why does this manager double cook the pizzas so they're burnt to a crisp and inedible but that's the way he likes it. How is the store survived when on the website they asked for customer feedback and how does the customer want their Pizza, but fail to ever make it the way it's asked for. Why is there any cheese on the pizza? Or does it just seem that way because the pizza is burned every time you order from here so it burns the cheese away? I don't know. I just know it's frustrating that a chain that I enjoy has such horrible employees who don't know how to file company direction. Most people don't like burnt pizza I understand if you the manager do like it that way but most people don't stop double cooking people's food.

I’m reporting because this has become a repeated issue with my orders, and it’s honestly getting really frustrating. Every time I order, I pay extra for a ranch or marinara sauce—and I never receive it. On top of that, I consistently order your 5-cheese specialty pizza, which costs more, and end up receiving a basic cheese pizza instead.
I’m not just disappointed—I’m paying extra for items that I’m not getting. It feels like I’m not getting what I paid for, and it’s happened enough times that I had to say something
