horrible experience, ordered a sandwich and iced coffee. After paying, was given the coffee and told to park to the side and someone would come out to give me my food. I waited for 15 minutes and watched the door to wait for a worker to come out, no one ever did (when they did, I was going to come out and meet them halfway because its cold outside). After seeing around 20 cars leave through the drive thru, I decided to go back through the drive thru again, and was told a worker was looking for me (no one ever came out at all that whole time). I keep going through this all the time, and im tired of it. I would advise to park and just go inside the store if you're getting more than a coffee.

Ordered an everything bagel breakfast sandwich with cream cheese, it came on a stale bagel, cheese thrown on not even melted, no cream cheese....and its just irritating because that is not a complex order, and having a fresh bagel isn't asking for too much.

I went through the drive-through there was absolutely no line and I paid for my order at the window and then got asked to move to a parking space and all I got was that was a iced coffee. I waited over five minutes for an iced coffee.

My wife orders from here frequently and once in a while I will get something too. 9 times out of 10 whatever I order will be missing and ingredient, missing completely, the complete wrong item, over cooked, under cooked, or not even available. I have never tried to order something from somewhere and been consistently disappointed by any other restaurant as much as this place.

Their food is delicious as well as all of their beverages, their prices are lower, and all of their workers our friendly, courteous and kind!

Parking lot is way too small, coffee is okay and they have you waiting for way too long. We ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich we waited over 20 minutes do not recommend especially if you're in a rush ❤️
