This place sucks! It’s mismanaged. Nobody knows what they’re doing , and if you ask them a question , they respond back with attitudes! Do yourself a favor and go to Dippin Donuts! Their food is delicious as well as all of their beverages, their prices are lower, and all of their workers our friendly, courteous and kind!

Parking lot is way too small, coffee is okay and they have you waiting for way too long. We ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich we waited over 20 minutes do not recommend especially if you're in a rush ❤️

First when I was ordering the drive thru worker kept saying anything else , anything else, anything else which was frustrating. Then I get home and they gave me burnt bacon (it was black !) and only one piece of burnt bacon on my sandwich. I went back and showed them , they looked at me like I was dumb , didn’t even apologize for it , remade it and then were just laughing and joking behind the counter , worst customer I’ve experienced here .
If you’re looking for seasonal drinks when they first come out, or when they will be leaving soon don’t go to this Dunkin they bring the drink flavors out late and lie and say they discontinued them early. They run out of stock all the time so good luck getting that item you wanted. I’ve been given the wrong drink so many time, whether it’s forgetting to put the flavoring in, or straight up putting your sticker on top of a sticker for someone else’s order because it was quicker. You also can’t add on st the window, for a fast food restaurant that cares so much about their drive thru times you wait a long time at this one too.

The place could use an upgrade. But the black river Blvd Dunkin is the best friendly service. Even when they are under pressure they treat everyone with kindness. THANK YOU GUYS AND GIRLS YOU MAKE MY DAY EVERY DAY. I go every day always rain or snow sunshine I'm there.??
Parking: Needs more room they do a good business. It gets pretty hairy to move your cars around people. Also around other cars.
