I tried to confirm with the lady at the window TWICE if my coffee was decaf because it said Orig on the cup, regular black coffee no sugar or anything. It was most definitely not decaf, and I have a major problem with caffeine my body rejects it and I get the jitters bad. And she just stares right at me and says “yep” two times when I tried to confirm it as decaf. Needless to say, the cup said she was wrong, and so does my body. Major L for Dunkin, besides today though when it comes to the drive thru they’re usually on point, redemption arc should be incoming lol

Seemed like a decent dunkin, I walked in for a coffee and was greeted promptly. The coffee was perfectly made. Thanks!
Staff were friendly, but both my wife and my coffees were barely warm at all. Second time it’s happened at that location. I get not serving it boiling hot so people don’t get burned and sue, but this coffee was almost cold.
This review is for corporate. Apparently this establishment is so corporate they don’t allow the staff to turn the lights on in the am. That’s why when you go early it looks like they are closed when indeed they are open. The whole concept of not allowing employees to turn on the lights, or you just simply micromanage on that level is ridiculous.
