Staff were friendly, but both my wife and my coffees were barely warm at all. Second time it’s happened at that location. I get not serving it boiling hot so people don’t get burned and sue, but this coffee was almost cold.
This review is for corporate. Apparently this establishment is so corporate they don’t allow the staff to turn the lights on in the am. That’s why when you go early it looks like they are closed when indeed they are open. The whole concept of not allowing employees to turn on the lights, or you just simply micromanage on that level is ridiculous.

Food and drinks are always great but the service sometimes comes up lacking. I'm from a small city in Northern NY and the people at that establishment could definitely use some customer service training but other than that it's definitely a go to for a quick breakfast and or coffee to get on the road!!!

I went to this location on September 8th and there was a man working at the counter named Brandon and he does not know how to do his job. I had to repeat myself 3 times and he still failed to get my order correct. Then while telling another staff member about this I got loads of attitude and ended up leaving with my incorrect order and a miserable morning.
Waited in line 20 minutes. Left before i could order.

I usually have no problems getting my coffee here. One of the drive thru workers on morning shift (Kayla) let a dog from the car ahead of me lick her hand and then as I pull up she proceeds to hand me my iced coffee without washing her hands. Disgusting!
