Best turkey dinner anywhere! Everything we have ever ordered has been delicious home cooking. Huge portions and very reasonable.

I stopped after having a test at the hospital. I ordered the turkey dinner. It was the moistest turkey I have ever eaten. Big portions. Worth the drive!

At first, I was sceptical about entering the diner (there is nothing special about the exterior) but once we got seated at the counter my view changed.
Eddie and his staff have very little room with which to work in but somehow they do it. It's amazing to watch.
Here's the great part. The food is fantastic. Breakfast is simple, though some restaurants can still mess it up. Not Eddie. This is a man who knows how to cook. Hot food and fresh ingredients are key here.
Finally, the price, omg, $13.40 for a BLT, poached eggs and toast, a diet pop and tea. I'd be shocked if you can find a better deal.
The next time you are visiting, nearby Turning Stone Resort, it is just a short 15 minute drive to Rome, New York. It is well worth it.

I can't comment on the food or anything, because we left, after reading the sign on the door saying ONLY cash or check. Ummm yeah no.

Thought I’d give this place a try since it seemed to have good ratings. Upon walking in the entry way is filthy, covered in dust and dirt. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Usually when I see filth I’m hesitant about ordering food. We ended up ordering eggs and toast and it was the smallest diner portion I have ever seen. I even had to ask if it was the right order. You might as well have taken a magnifying glass to see it. Our waitress was also very unfriendly. We never plan to come back here. Go elsewhere you’ll be happy you did. Much better breakfast places out there.

This is a real rustic diner with a warm feel. Service is friendly and fast. The mushroom omelette is amazing. Eggs cooked not burned or rubbery. Good portions.

Haven't eaten at Eddie's diner since I was a teenager. We called them to get a takeout order and the food was great.
