My family and I went to The Franklin Hotel one night for dinner. We were in Rome, NY due to Capitolfest. Everything was delicious from the soft bread and butter to the gnocchi with basil cream sauce to the vanilla cannoli! The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend The Franklin Hotel if you are in Rome, NY!
First time visiting this place. Went with a couple girlfriends. We made a reservation because we heard it gets very busy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, Mia was so sweet and very attentive. The food was outstanding and the portions are huge!! Prices were great too. Can't wait to visit again.
