So we live 30 mins from Little Caesars and we go here roughly once a month for Friday pizza night. I always ask for cookies for my kids and the workers smile and give me some! Been to Little Caesars around the country and I love that yours always is service with a smile!

Third time coming to this place and had to wait 15 mins to 25 mins for my order which was pepperoni cheese bread. What they advertise about being a take out service is a bunch of bull. Came here on my lunch break from work and didn't even have time to relax and eat before I had to go back.

When you go inside to place an order and nobody wants to come app and take your order.Then when you go to place the order.Nothing's ready.And no wonder you got a really bad store and need to figure out what's going on.Go and read your reviews.They're bad_

Its little caesars, highest you can go is 3. Staff at this location are great and I love the convenience of the portal. If I didnt have kids I would never eat this stuff though. I think now that little caesars is not as cheap, pizza hut is the better option for a chain

Today I stopped to try thier new thin crust pizza, none was ready for take out. So I asked for cheese sticks and marina, again none was ready ! As I was in a hurry to get to my destination on time I asked if there was any plain cheese ready. The guy at the counter said 3. The first one he offered I lifted the cover to see a 85 % burnt pizza. I passed on that one. The second one was 70 % burnt as well...cheese and crust. Another hard pass. The last and final was still burnt about 45 %....cheese dark, but my only option. I asked why are they like this ? His response was one oven overcooks and one undercooked! He offers no discount or apology. I get to my destination and have dinner with mom 80 and daughter 4. The pizza she'll or bottom was so hard barely warm it must of sat in thier rack past thier freshness time. We couldn't eat the cardboard pizza for pizza. We ended up reordering Dominoes. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. THEY DONT CARE.

Stopped in on Saturday 7/20 to pick up a couple pepperoni pizzas. Asked girl at the counter if the Pizzas were fresh she said made a couple minutes ago. So i ordered 2, asking if they had napkins, she said we don't have those. Ok I get back to our place we were working on and they were hard a a rock, and almost inedible. Even the sauce & cheese was dried out. Disgusting!

Excellent guest service!!! They totally messed up my order. Then the manager made it right!!! Fixed my order and took care of us. Usually only get service this good from Mom/Pop joints. Rome location is on point. Thank you!
