Pregnant and craving a fat juicy homemade burger. What better place than a deli/butcher shop? So so disappointed to see my “8 oz burger” is actually two 4oz pre-made garbage patties. Looks nothing like the pictures online.

Ordered the sausage bread was completely raw doughy hardly no onions Peppers mushrooms you didn't see nothing it was disgusting took it to a party out of town I had to re-cook it at the party it was gross very disappointed never ever order the sausage bread their manager bagged it up herself she doesn't know what she's doing she probably should find another job.

They offer a wide selection of high-quality products and delicious food options. The space is spotless, well-organized, and inviting. We used their catering service for a local event attraction, and the platters were a favorite with everyone. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! Great product selection, great service. I think they only thing I would say could be a helpful advantage would be labels for the bakery case, to let the customer know what the items are/and cost.

Excellent local grocery/deli/butcher shop! Come for the dry aged steak, stay for the sausage roll. Bring cash, save the tax.

Parking: Wish there were more parking on the main entrance side, but there is plenty of combined spots on both sides.

I went here yesterday and ordered a small roast beef sub, some greens, tenders, fries, and the tomato and mozzarella salad with some drinks. To say my food was AWFUL is an understatement. I literally drove from there to delta lake state park and by the time I opened up the food (easily 20 min altogether of driving there and opening it up), my sub bread was soggy with the over excessive amount of submarine dressing that was put on it, the roast beef was tough and tasteless-- I couldn't even eat a 1/4 of it and I threw the rest in the trash. The fries were hard and cold like they've been sitting out all day. The greens and tomato mozzarella salad was OK but nothing worth going back for. The only thing that was good was the tenders!! Never will I go here again and waste my money on their food. They used to be sooooo good, what happened? Either way $50 wasted!!

A few weeks ago I was out in the Utica area and had to stop at this butcher and deli spot. I spent $100 in meat. I guess I shouldn't go in there when you're hungry. But everything I've eaten so far has been spectacular. I don't know who you get your meat from but It is one of the tastiest around. Especially the pork prime rib with bone. I put a rub on it with my special barbecue sauce. I cooked it at 450 for a half an hour and then turn it down to 325 and cooked for an additional hour and 15 minutes. This was some of the best pork I've had in years. I'm out in Syracuse and it is worth the drive for quality meat.

New place looks great, top notch food and service.

This place is phenomenal, the most amazing selection of homemade, home cooked foods. They stock only top quality products and their prices are lower than all the big grocers! Their meat selection and prices can't be beat! Thank you for having that mom and pop down home experience that we all miss!

My wife and I are new to the area and our first recommendation was that we don't eat anywhere in Rome. If we had to pick one spot that we could eat we should go to this deli. They have the best hands down the best subs and hot foods. Give them a try if you're looking for a sub night!
