I’ve been here several times never been satisfied tonight I door dashed a order our fries and nuggets were cold and was missing a large sprite I called our driver he said I should call and complain I called the number listed on google and get no answer srsly get it together ppl it’s fast food not French cuisine

I ordered fruit and oatmeal for almost 3 dollars she hands me a cup with literally 3 scoops of oatmeal and said nothing about my fruit so I asked and then at the end she said oh we are out of fruit and raisins instead of telling me when I ordered like literally it wasn't even a half bowl of oatmeal but then couldn't tell me before I ordered. Come on now

Ordered via app around 420am. Pulled up to drive through and waited couple of minutes. A female came over speaker and said their system was down and should be back up in 15 minutes. Did not get food. Went to work and returned at around 8am to get my order filled. Was told they had no order and I repeated above. The female supervisor or manager said what time. I said around 430am, she said our system wasn't down at that time. So she basically called me a liar in front of customers and workers. Very rude and disrespectful. Eventually got my food after about 6 minute wait. Very disappointed.

I order on door dash $35 worth of food and entire order missing beside 2 cheeseburgers and a drink My daughter wanted the happy meal and ice cream. You tell me sorry, nothing we can do and hang up. I seriously can't believe the respect this store gives us. I am honestly upset you wouldn't help.

I’m not typically one to review places, but I’m so sick of being ripped off every time I go to fast food places and receive the same experience. I know I’m placing a large order, I have a large family, so I plan ahead I place my order in advance and don’t mind waiting, I’m never rude no matter how long I wait. I’ve seen people get violent with the staff, and I know they are just trying to do their job to the best of their ability. But that is no excuse for the constant failure to ensure people’s orders are made correctly. Especially outside of rush hour times. I’ve you don’t mind paying for services not received by all means order from this McDonald’s. I should not have to do your job and ensure an order is correct. I don’t expect the food to being 5 star Michelin chef level but I at least expect to get what I pay for and that is at a bare minimum the items I order even if they don’t remove some stuff oh well I know how to pick things off I don’t like. I apologize for ranting, just don’t bother with this place. I know I won’t be.
