The teenagers that work there are so rude i never in my life seen such a thing and how this behavior is allowed? They have the worst attitude I have ever experienced at a fast food place. God forbid They get your order wrong and you ask for them to correct it They roll their eyes and huff and puff and have the nerve to talk crap to the other employees right in front of you. This is not a way to treat the customers. As for me and my family this was the last straw . I'll take my business elsewhere.

Order breakfast (on the app), was only 5 mins late. Said you can't start making food till we drove in, but if you see breakfast food. Use common sense and start making it then, but hey. They lack it

Visited this McDonald’s in September 2024. This was the absolute worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The dining area was a complete disaster of filth along with their bathrooms. Every table was dirty and there was trash all over the ground. Granted the drive through was busy around 8pm, however inside the building was vacant and without customers. Myself, my husband and our small child were the only ones inside at this time and we were barely acknowledged. I actually felt as though we were inconveniencing the employees to place an order. After coming off of a 5 hour drive, we could barely find a clean table to sit at. We actually had to clean a table ourselves. Trash pails were either completely over filled and/or emptied but left without a replacement bag. The quality of the food was awful. There were freezing cold nuggets mixed in with some hot ones. The fries were soggy and disgusting as well. It seemed like no one cared about the quality of the food nor the condition of the restaurant. Disgraceful. Better management is needed along with motivated employees.

As you can tell, I ordered two (2) Sausage McMuffin WITH egg!! Neither one had egg and I paid for egg!! Who goofed up the order?? One of the female managers!! Obviously she's not good at her job!! PAY ATTENTION to each order for accuracy, efficiency, and friendliness!! She never even apologized for HER mistake! She just said "Don't worry about it!". Who said I was "worried???". How about saying "I'm sorry for the mistake sir! I'll give you a free cookie or apple pie!". TERRIBLE customer service for someone who SHOULD know better!!!". I'm being generous by giving TWO stars! At least the Coca-cola was good!!

The coffee is not hot, the coffee is always lukewarm are they trying to save money by serving lukewarm coffee by not keeping the coffee pot turned on? Who serves lukewarm coffee????!

We asked for a drink carryout tray because we were heading home and needed to carry our beverages up the floor to our apartment. Along with other things. Tell me how is he supposed to carry the drinks without the whole tray balancing out the weight?

I placed an on line order for a coke and a frappe. Very simple. One would think. So after getting to the windows and sitting for 8 minutes my husband and I were told that they could not give me my espresso that was in my order. That is 3.00 itself. So my husband asked if we could be compensated for the espresso and they said no. And then continued to say they wouldn't give us a cheeseburger that costs more. I looked on my receipt and a double cheeseburger is 2.89. Which isn't more than the espresso. I know this might sound pretty but also a few weeks ago we received raw cheeseburgers. We are regulated. If this store really values their customers they will get the night crew under control. Sorry to have to write this. But they did however give is a cheeseburger. Not even a double!!!!!
