The owner was very rude to me. I ordered a steak sandwich with hot peppers, chased out, waited for my order then the cashier called me back and said she over charged me. She gave me back a couple dollars and change. When I got my order is was a sausage sandwich with hot peppers. I took one bit and noticed it wasn’t steak. I went back to the counter and the owner said “ you’re rude on your phone while you order. You ate half the sandwich” I replied no, I took one bite. The cashier had my order right first and YOU made her change it” smh the owner was so rude and didn’t apologize for being wrong after he insulted me. I’ll never go back.

I doordashed. My experience with Nicky Doodles was rough. You cannot do special instructions. I couldn’t add any condiments to my burger, my burger had pink all through it..it wasn’t cooked thoroughly, it didn’t even come with any ketchup. The burgers were extremely overpriced for how crappy and inedible mine was. My experience was extremely awful and I will not be eating here again. PS, my stomach is in aching pain after I ate the food from this place.

First time and last time coming here. Paid extra for sprinkles and was barely given any. While every one else ice cream was flooded with sprinkles. They give a lot of ice cream tho.

The amount of choices were phenomenal. They have a sundae choice for everyone. Their soft ice cream looked to be custard only, but an array of hard ice cream choices, milkshakes, flurries, etc. a lot of people were getting food which I will travel there again to try. They had lots of seating in the shade or sun. Their prices were good. The size of the sundaes were huge! My mom and I enjoyed every bite. Forgot to take pictures because I was too eager to dig in.
Parking: A huge parking lot which is nice. Easy to get in and out of.

It's not just an ice cream place. Some of the best burgers around and the onion rings are amazing! Prices are very reasonable and service was great and fast.
First time at a "new to us" ice cream stop. Awesome collection of sundies and ice cream flavors. The only issue is that I ordered two different flavors, and they tasted about the same. It was smooth and creamy but just lacked flavor. My wife's blueberry sunday was good, but those tiny, pre-frozen blueberries are sour and not like fresh blueberries.

I dont get the hype around this place. The food is expensive for what it is and not good. Had a burger there this year, it was undercooked and not edible. Last summer I ordered a brisket sandwich twice, first time it was excellent second time they must have ran out of brisket because they put a pinch of brisket on top of a burger patty, weird. Its just too inconsistent for me. My kids like the ice cream though

This place is an absolute gem! I'm sure in the peak of summer it is VERY popular and busy. The dogs and fries were fantastic and fresh! Loved everything about my experience here. I wish there was one closer to Syracuse!!
