I ordered the chicken wings and the breadsticks, and both were cooked perfectly and had no Issues. The service and atmosphere was also impeccable as I entered Pizza Hut. I highly recommend to anybody living or going through Rome.

Pan pizza was amazing. Going to the location was nostalgic. I rated my pizza a 7.5 out of ten. Pizza hut is still one of the best commercial pizzas out there. The staff were pleasant.

Pre-covid this location was not so great. Everything was sloppy and undercooked. Post-COVID this location is like it used to be as a kid. Everything is cooked just right. Pizzas look like the menu. The staff are always pleasant.
Always good at this location. They deserve a remodel, though. The building and parking lot are crumbling. The service is great.

The Dining Room needs a Facelift. Ripped seating in boothes. Christmas tree visibly stored in a corner; vacuum in another!!(( Eyesore.
At 2 different instances this summer 2024 I’ve visited the Rome, NY restaurant. I ordered a glass of water with the salad bar. The waiter never came back and checked in on me either visit. One time I wanted more water!!(( I changed my 2 service stars to 1 & Atmosphere from 1 to 0.
I would hope for more interaction with a pizza order!?!?
I'm sorry. I want to day better things but I can't. I usually have pizza hut delivered. But today we decided to dine in. This place is so run down. Lost in time from 20 years ago. Worn. The seats in the booths are atrocious. They now only serve bottled soda. No vlue when they stopped bringing cups of soda to you. And the menus made me feel embarrassed for them. I could have made a better looking menu on my computer at home. Seriously. The menus look like someone typed a list in Wordperfect and printed it out and laminated them 20nyears ago. They were in very sad shape. I've always love pizza hut. But when the horse has an unfixable bum leg it's time to do the humane thing and put it out of its misery. This place looks so neglected for upkeep. It's sooooo sad.

The pizza was good. Simple thin crust cheese. Can't really mess that up. I had no idea they changed the meaty marinara pasta to basically a pizza topping pasta. Not a fan at all. Why change a classic dish? Bring back the original pasta dish! That was the best! Sorry to say will not be getting the pasta again... Maybe no more Pizza Hut altogether...
